Rafael came on the same day. With the most affordable and reasonable price, he replaced broken and old springs within 30 minutes. He is very professional and pay attention to details. He made sure that garage door is functioning perfectly before he left.

Rafael came on a Sunday and within minutes of seeing the work needed, gave me a quote of $200 to fix the broken torsion(giant spring in the center above garage door) and the retention wires(wires on both side the physically pull the garage door up and down) and the work was done very well and to our satisfaction. He is very personable and does a good job looking at the small details like cleaning your door and motor as well. He is a good guy that comes prepared and even works on Sundays.

RIP OFF! I called to get 1 piece replaced. The man on the other end of the phone was very unprofessional. I was quoted for $100 for the part and labor. All you have to do is a few screws and plug in a few wires! Literally it can be installed in less than 60 seconds. Moreover I bought the part and did it myself for $15. The part must be $6 at cost to the company. So $94 for 60 seconds of labor?!? I don't think so.

Due to a recent vehicle burglary at my residence I installed analog surveillance cameras and a TV monitor in my garage which caused interference with my garage door motor/board. I was unable to open either of my garage doors with my remotes because of this. First I called Sierra Garage and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me fix the problem. I called Door Matic and the owner Rafael came out to my house and installed an adapter to give me a new garage door frequency and everything works great now. Rafael's problem solving skills are commendable. Thank you!

Worst service I ever ran into.1) We asked them not to drill into the roof of the detached car port. They did.2) The door is crooked.3) They didn't leave us any remotes. I have bought garage doors before... they normally come with 2.4) I called them about the remotes multiple times. They started playing games, like they don't remember then just stopped picking up my calls. So rude and unprofessional.

Called around for quotes on replacing torsion springs on garage door. Called Door-Matic and Rafael answered and gave me a rough estimate. He asked me to send him pics of springs, garage door and my location. Within minutes he texted back with a solid quote, after I had agreed he quickly told me he could replace the springs that same evening, he stated he was just leaving Oakhurst and would be at my home within a little over 1 hour. On time, very friendly and professional. Rafael changed the springs, lubricated all moving parts and checked all components. Very efficient and very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend. Received horrible service. My garage motor jammed so I decided to call doormatic they came out and wanted to charge me to fix it. I was confused because my garage system has a warranty. The man who came out said they didn't put the garage system. This infuriated me because I knew they put the system in & my garage motor & door all had the doormatic sticker.

We called DOORmatic to come out and fix my elderly moms garage that wouldn't close. During the time he quoted us $100-150 if it was the spring when he got there he said it was the spring and our system was old and we needed a new system it would cost 290$ we agreed. After about 15 min she noticed he was only changing the bar out where the spring was so we asked him what he was fixing he kept saying new system new system. My husband then went over to see what was going on. He again only seen him changing the bar and spring so he asked why is was now double the cost the guy got really mad and said new system I'm changing the system this is to old. The home is only 8 years old. He asked him to explain why it doubled in cost and if he was changing the whole machine and system he then stopped working and said no the spring and pulley. We don't know a lot but I'm sure he was just trying to get over on her because she's older. I will not refer him because he was extremely rude and was upset when we asked him to explain what he was actually doing. He also made it seem to her he was changing the whole system and that's why the cost was so high when in fact he only changed the spring he replaced the bar also that also looks really used he probably took it off the last person he ripped offs door.

Took them a few days to get out to me and change my garage door but I did like how well they installed it and overall I would recommend them to anyone
