Don Beto Mexican Food

Came here to try and new place to eat near our house , we walked in its a small place but clean and looks nice . Sat down the waitress was friendly and helpful . We both got a michalida and they were super delicious! Chips and salsa and cabbage was really good .the salsa had a good heat to it and flavor was tasty .we both ordered enchiladas one green and one red . I had red and I will have to say it was scrumptious .red over green sauce for sure. We overall were very pleased with the food and will be back to try it again.

Now known as Don Beto, this place offers delicious Mexican Dishes. I opted for the Pozole and classic modelo to go with it. At the start, they offered chips and salsa to hold me over. Personally, I love spicy salsa and that's just what they had. Flavorful and with a kick. The pozole was amazing. The meat, hominy, and juice packed a punch full of flavor and aroma. Adding lettuce, onion, and some added chili, it hit the spot. The vibes inside were on point, and my server was very attentive. Highly recommend

Very good service. Average pricing. Clean restaurant. One of the better spots in Atwater for Mexican food. Husband and son love their breakfast burritos!!

Their horchata was delicious not too sweet The shredded chicken taco is served on a crunch shell with what I think was quesa fresa cheese I ordered asada shredded and grilled pollo.. the asada was a little greasy but very flavorful it tasted like home made meat The service was good and its conveniently located in a plaza

I went with the Love if my Life two weeks ago.She ordered a ground beef taco and ground beef enchilada, she received a chicken taco in place of ground beef. I had a side of rice and beans. She wasn't a fan of the taco, she gave it to me and I have to agree with her..I too didn't care for it. The chips ok.We won't be coming back. It wasn't a very pleasant experience. It took about an hour to get our food. There was only a few people that had finished. The cook was doing to go orders. I saw a lot of microwave operation, that took the wind out of my sails. I'm sure microwaves are used more than I realize but to see it being used so much kind of dampened the mood. In fairness I'll have to give it another try. I did try her enchilada as well and that's about all the goid I have to say about it.The waitress was good.

There place is so ass I tried to go to the bathroom but it was only for Cosmtomers and we had to pay 5.00$ for a large but they tried to give us a small. They only want besnes because there was no one there. So I I were you I would never eat or go here again
