I have been going to Jessica every six weeks for a little over a year. Her work is always amazing. She takes the time to listen to what you want and she always goes above and beyond. I've never left disappointed and always leave with a smile on my face. Besides her work, the atmosphere is amazing. Sometimes when you go to hair salons you can get the awkward small talk or silence but Jess makes you feel right at home. I tend to laugh away my entire session and absolutely adore my time in the salon. She is beyond talented and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. 10/10 recommended

Fallon has changed the way I get my nails done! I will never go to another nail salon again. Books only by appointment.

My wife was referred here by a friend to this place and was promised to have her hair colored by a stylist and the results were not to satisfaction.Upon completing my wife got in the car and called me saying that one of the other stylists said her hair had a light green color to it. Her stylist then said she would tone the base for an addition amount after already giving her a quote. I tried to help my wife resolve this by messaging the stylist her name is Amy Claudio and she became defensive and rude and was not willing to fix my wife's hair. The owner was not as receptive either. The next day a friend of mine sent me screen shots of the stylist making fun of my wife and the comments of them ridiculing my wife while her friends laughed and disrespected my wife and her hair. If the stylist messes up they won't fix it and if you complain they will ridicule you. *So come at your own risk.*

Had an appointment on Monday at 5 with Jessica for hair extensions. She called me at 445 and said she couldn't do it that night and if I could come back on Tuesday. No big deal. It's life. I go Tuesday. I'm there from 5-930 and walked out looking like complete crap. She claims she put in 120 beads. Which may be true. They are all over the place. She put in 24" extensions that were way too long. The hair was so thin. She's charging people for nice hair but buying cheap crap. I paid her over $500! And walked out so unhappy. I tried to text her the next day, no response. I even wrote on her Facebook and have yet to hear from her. She's very good at taking people's money. And she had her phone to her ear the entire time talking to her boyfriend while doing my hair. So unprofessional! Go to her with caution ladies. Her pictures are nice but the work is crap.

I had a bad experience with one of one of the stylist (not the shop). I had an appointment set with Lindsay Winters, who accepts payments and makes appointments with a 3rd party application. My appointment was set for 1pm. I was there and Lindsay didn't show up, so I called her. She said the app had me down for 2pm (even though I was getting text message updates that it was at 1pm). She apologized, sen't me a screen shot as "proof" and said she would be there at 2pm. Fine....I thought maybe there was a glitch until I got an email saying she changed the time to 2pm AFTER she missed the appointment - AFTER she changed it so the screen shot showed 2pm. I got there at 2pm and she text'd me at 1:59pm and said she might be 5-10 minutes late. I said ok. Then about 2:15pm, I left. She then text'd me at 2:25pm saying she was parking.She then text'd me at 2:29pm asking why I wasn't there. Then proceeded to get agitated because I wasn't responding to her texts and upset that I left when she "can book someone else-or leave." I responded that I was not returning and was not happy with what happened and that I waited twice. I was not impressed that she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her even though I gave her the benefit of the doubt - even after I know she forgot about the appointment. She then proceeded to try and make me feel bad because I told her "Ok" when she said she was going to be 5-10 minutes late. Although at this point I was getting annoyed, I was ok with 5-10 minutes MORE - NOT 30 minutes late. And that she was late because of her kid and that it was a "waste (sic) of a day and I had you down for a 4 plus hour appt - and 190 service.....I just wish you would have told me from the get go when I was texting you letting you know exactly where I was..." Remember the part where she was suppose to do my hair at 1pm, then 2pm, then 2:05pm, then 2:10pm and didn't hear from her until 2:29pm????Very unprofessional considering she TRIED to make me feel like I was at fault and that *I* was an inconvenience. The other girls in the salon at the time were sweet and felt bad - sounds like this Lindsay person is notorious for this. She may be a great stylist and I caught her on a bad day. I would normally not write a bad review, but she didn't admit to messing up and blamed me. Not cool.

I've been getting my hair done by Lindsay Winter for years and I won't go anywhere else! She's the only person I can find to give me that platinum/icy blonde that I'm obsessed with and it turns out amazing every single time! The way she styles/curls my hair always shocks me, I can't believe that that's my hair when I look at it! Definitely a talented woman

Had my hair cut by Jessica Schmidt today ~ Thank you Jessica, I love it. Looking forward to my next appointment and playing around with hair color! Jessica is sooo creative.

I have been getting my hair done here for years, I have heard all the drama, from divorces so baby's to you name it I've heard it from the stylist. I have contemplated writing this review because I do adore my stylist, but a stylist here Jess or Jessica I can't handle it any longer, I have seen her change throughout the years from a bright beautiful young lady to such a snob, I've heard the drama of her divorce to now dating a new fella who she in a older woman's opinion is using for money, he Venmo's her for coffee that she uses on weed, he buys her expensive skincare routine, she's moving in with him so she doesn't have to pay rent, not once in the four hours I sit in the chair every 6 weeks have I heard her say one thing nice and not about money with him. This week I've had it, she was talking so negatively about the new boyfriends brothers "baby mama" for a female to say such things about a mother who is not a mother made me sick to my stomach, I understand divorces and separations are difficult but the explicit names she was calling this poor child's mom who she was claiming to be a wonderful aunt to her was awful, so much so it made me feel and the women in her chair so uncomfortable both of us left without scheduling another appointment and left the salon, the lady that Jess was doing her hair said she didn't understand how she could speak so much about narcissistic behavior and being emotionally abused when she is acting like one and emotionally abusing the mother, the lady said she even knew the mom she was speaking ill of and recorded Jess speaking of her so she could send to the mom!

Was very skeptical on doing this review but as someone who has been struggling with severe hair loss hair extensions is something that boost my self esteem and I been going to Melissa for a while now after her last worker Jessica messed up my hair this last time my hair has not even lasted me 3 weeks they are slipping out on a daily I let her know about them feeling very heavy and just the placement felt different to me she said it was hard remembering how each client liked there hair I said fine I'll just have to work with what I got but I'm so freaken sad they are completely falling out and I'm just taking it as a complete loss lost a client and I am very upset with this so sad I loved her at first this last time I felt it was a very bad experience!

My girlfriend asked for a simple recolor which cost 130. No she is pissed. Thanks for that during the recession. Like I am just trying to live peacefully. We spend extra money that we don't need to spend to make her happy and yet you turn it on me. Do your fucking job . Like fuck, 130 for a color and you fuck up? Guess what? Now mine is too. So now here I am pissed at you. Which I am sorry, but also you did this
