The female employees here are super nice and helpful! Thank you!! This store had everything I needed for groceries! Saved me so much money.

Clean. Well stocked. Friendly employees. Great location. Located next to the new temporary library and grocery outlet. I love dollar tree!

The ladies and gentlemen that work at this location always have new stuff coming and keep this place stocked with home decor, snacks and drinks.

Worst store ever!!! From service to incompetent cashier.... If I had another choice for gallons here in Porterville I would go else were.

Went there today, worst customer service!! The girl at the checkout named Sofia had the worst attitude. She didn't look happy to be there or maybe she doesn't like her job, she was grabbing stuff like she was mad and throwing it. All I got to say is, if your not a people person and you hate your job that you had to take it out in front of ur customers, than that job isn't for you!!! Find another job!!!

I would give five stars but sometimes its messy other than that I love this dollar store because you always have great quality products and fun holiday stuff. Your emlployees are always working hard and staying busy trying to keep all those kids from destroying the store.. Good job!

Simple, great Halloween selection at the moment, I am not wowed by it, but I did get some great new cat toys...You know, small things are great to get here.

I shop this Dollar Tree all the time and have had great service! I just want to let the public know however that you should NOT but their candy. In particular, the Hershey's Kisses and I have had some issues with the Hershey's Nuggets as well. Numerous times they have been no good. They will not take them back! So be warned! Don't buy candy fromThe Dollar Tree, if it's bad it's on you! It's morally wrong to sell product on the shelves that customers have told you is no good. They should check all they have even if it's in date and pull the batch# that is bad but they don't! Pretty sad!

First of all I used to enjoy going to this particular location but the few last times in the last year that I have shopped there I have had an unwelcoming experience. The cashier Sofia was unfriendly and looked miserable like she hates her job. Not only that when I put my shopping basket on the belt to pay she asked for all the items to be removed from the basket. I've been to other locations and I have never been told to take things out of the basket. Has she was putting my items in the bag she was just cramming them all in there not even caring about damaging my items. While she was ringing me out she took her phone out and started to use it. And finally, the store is a terrible mess. I have been to other locations in town and bigger towns and they are not has messy had this location in particular.

Yesterday there was one register open. The line stretched to the back of the store. The checker had to leave the register repeatedly to fill balloons. Two other employees were wandering around near the stock room. This happens at this particular store almost every time. Very poor customer service. No apologies for waiting in line.
