Dollar Tree

Last one! Officially Yelped all the ones in Fresno & Clovis. HUGE! A little messy in some areas, but not bad. Easy to find what you need. Soil, Fabulouso, floral garden decor and cinnamon gum bought. The worker was kind. Good service and store! Recommended!

This store always seem to be well supplied. Never had an issue with the cashiers or staff being rude and I always walk out spending too much. But can you really feel guilty when it's only $1.25 an item?‍One point I'd feedback: please have more cashiers available when the line gets crazy. PLEASE!

Sooooo this is my neighborhood dollar store and while it is very convenient for me, it is at the same time very inconvenient. They are my gifting and crafting headquarters. I can always find the right tissue paper, wrapping paper, gift supplies. They always have popsicle sticks and a bunch of foam stuff that's perfect for crafting. Their flower collection is pretty nice too. I've made a lot of neat thing with the stuff I've gotten here. They also have a ton of parking. Now the inconvenient parts. They are always out of helium and only have the oddball balloons ready. There's always just one cashier and the line is of course eight people long. The isles are always a mess and you really got to hunt to find what you want on the shelf. However, I always say you get what you pay for so if I'm paying a dollar for something I might as well work for it

On June 16th 2020I went to Dollar tree at 5666 East Kings canyon roadI had bought $265 worth of groceries and cash items I had a folding shopping cart with me my groceries did not fit all in my shopping cart the manager CC was so nice to me and so kind to me that she helped me to get all my groceries in my folding shopping cart I had four big trash bags full of groceries the manager's CC tight up everything up real good for me she helped me so much she did so much for me she got out of way to make sure that nothing will fall off From my shopping cart while I walked homeI live walking distance from the Dollar tree I got home safely with nothing falling off I am so grateful to CC the manager and the cashier Asso she helped me out so much too I was being a little difficult because I have learning disabilities I'm very slow CC the manager was a blessing to me because of her it was possible for me to bring all my groceries homeSafetyWhen I got home I was telling all my family members how good Dollar tree treat me how Good & so kind and helpful CC the manager to help me to pack all my groceries into my shopping folding cart I am very grateful to Dollar tree and to CC the manager and also to the cashier AssoThank you Dollar tree for hiring very good people personsThis brought so much Sunshine into my life for the rest of my life Always your customer Eleanor Morales

So this is copied from a friend that doesn't use yelp so ive had similiar experience there but nothing ass horrible as she had"I went to the Kings Canyon/Clovis Dollar Tree @ 1:30 p.m., Sunday, to get a small toy for two-year-old Cambria. She's been sick w/the intestinal flu for 10 days now. I wanted to pick up a simple, "washable plastic toy." I was waited on by this "time frame manager" that was very impatient, rude w/me when I asked her for the toy doll I had just paid for. She told me she gave it to me, I told her I just paid & had the receipt only. I told her she abruptly grabbed the toy & passed it to the previous customer, that she was still transaction completing. She said, "what costumer?" My husband stepped in & told her, "that she didn't hand me the toy but put/mixed it possibly w/the other previous woman's things." I asked her, "may I just pick up another, since I didn't receive the one I paid for?" That "particular time frame manager" told me, dump your purse out! I did & she saw nothing. My husband & I couldn't believe what she was making us go through. She said, "I'll have to charge you for another one." My husband & I told her we haven't left the store, so we would like to see the store recording tape of our transaction w/you. "She said, "I can't do that!" It was the principle of the matter & not the price of the toy, which we did not receive & paid for, w/harsh improper treatment. We tried to get the number to the Dollar Tree, district manager but to no avail."What this manager did was inappropriate degrading and downright bad customer service

I don't usually do reviews on stores but man. The manager was so unhelpful and so rude. I was trying so hard to be nice and even said 'Have a great day at the end' and she just walked away with out saying anything. Also as I walked up to her I was excuse me she just kept moving stuff around on the shelves and didn't respond so I just asked her if she had a certain item and she said no but we got a shipment and will be stoked a week from now. So I called another dollar tree (on Fowler and Shields) and the manager was so nice she even went to the back and went thru the boxes of a shipment they had just gotten. Totally different.

This Dollar is located near my home and is a very convenient. I am completely satisfied with what I choose to purchase here but what makes this location very unpleasant, is one of the managers who is very rude. I am a usual customer and make frequent visits and on multiple occasions one of the managers has been rude and very disrespectful.

The worst Dollar Tree in town. Don't waste your time. The staff is rude and I understand people steal at this location but it doesn't make it ok for you to be rude to your customers that pay. Retrain your staff please.

So the cashier was a complete idiot. One I had to pack my own stuff cuz I had glass stuff and he didn't know how to put it in a bag and not break my stuff. Then my total was $77 and I gave him a $100 he told me he didn't have change. U don't have $23 change are u freaking kidding me? First of all u should have $23 change in your register and IF YOU DONT u get damn change from the manager!!! Omg this guy.... smh
