Dog Shack

This food truck is part of the Fresno Street Eats line-up. I am going to commit a Yelp Faux Pas and not add pictures because 1) it was dark outside at the event we attended and 2) the large hot dog was gone in less than 120 seconds, having been consumed in a fit of foodie heaven.This food truck serves flavored lemonade, 2 types of hot dogs, fries, and simple nachos with cheese and jalapeños. They serve a Sinaloa style hot dog with 6-8 ingredients that all meld together into a plate of deliciousness. You can either get the hot dog wrapped in bacon or not but definitely get it Sinaloa style with the beans, onions, ketchup etc and make sure to order a sweet blue lemonade to wash it down. I don't eat meat but my husband exclaimed, "Wow the salsa (toppings) is so good! Try it!" Considering hot dogs are a national food where he's from, I trust him as a hot dog connoisseur to know when hot dogs are good. Hopefully I will see them at another Fresno Street Eats event so I can snap a picture of the hot dog before it's gone in under 120 seconds again.

Tried The Dog Shack for the first time! On the menu there are two types of dogs: Sonoran Dog and the Bulldog. Prices range from $7-10 I believe with a Naked dog being at the lowest price to the Bulldog being the top. The flavors were very delicious, and the staff were very nice! I will say I think one dog wasn't enough for me, I should have gotten an extra one! The pepper on the side wasn't spicy so don't worry if you can't handle spice! I would love to come back and try their other food items!

Dog shack has some great hot dogs! The buns are so good and soft! Good quality hot dog!! Great friendly people! Can't forget the lemonade! Great combo
