Amazing is an understatement! Brazilian waxing is such an intimate thing that when you find the right match you hold on to that person and you don't let her go. I have followed her everywhere she has won my loyalty and friendship by being the awesome person she is.Let's get to the waxing. She recently started waxing me using sugar wax. How is it that one element can make such a difference. I went from horrible ingrown hairs to a beautifully waxed Brazilian. In addition, she truly makes you feel at ease. She waxes and isn't afraid to get In there and pluck those undesirable and stubborn hairs. She's just awesome. Don't deprive yourself out of an awesome Brazilian wax and an awesome person that makes you feel at ease. Go be hair free and remember hairy is so 80's, get with the times and get waxed.

I had a lovely experience! 100% recommend getting sugar waxed from Biana. I left with the smoothest and softest skin compared to traditional waxing (gotta say less painful too in my opinion). Biana is very knowledgeable and cares about her work. Her space is cozy and she is very professional and thoroughly.

I've been traveling a lot. And it has been 52 weeks since I've seen Bianca. Happy to say, her routine and techniques haven't changed. She's still the same girl, with the same great personality giving the same phenomenal service! I don't typically book ahead in advance, I just normally message her to see if she have any openings. Somehow, she always manages to fit me in to her schedule. I love how quick and responsive she is. So just a little advice, if you look at her calendar and you can't find a spot that would accommodate you, just message her in case she does have openings that day. She is very accommodating and she is very reasonable. Now to the waxing part, she makes sure that she gets EVERYTHING, and will NOT leave you hanging. Literally. She is not afraid to bring out those tweezers and tweeze away all those little short stubby hairs. She is your dream waxer. Always a great experience with her and always a good time conversing with her. You really do get what you pay for, but don't forget to tip the homegirl to show how much you really appreciate her!

Bianca is the best! Her sugaring services are exceptional. I've been getting waxed for years, and recently found Bianca again. After two sugaring services with her, I can say the sugar wax makes a clear difference. I have significantly noticed decreased ingrowns and I stay smooth for so much longer. She's easy to talk to and makes services comfortable.

Think twice. Good work. Horrible customer service.My first time experience with Bianca was great that I referred my mom and sisters to her. This would have been my third visit. But I noticed her attention to detail is inconsistent. Once I had to grab the tweezers from her to tweeze myself(Brazilian Wax). Unsure if it was bad lighting or just eye sight. But she had missed some obvious spots. Figured it was an off day. What made me no longer want to give her my business was just morale, lack of empathy and bad customer service. My 9 mth pregnant sister cancelled her appointment at 24 hr. mark and Bianca charged her 80% of the service as a late cancellation $50.00 to a potential long term client this was her first time. She didn't even give my sister an option of keeping appt. or rescheduling. She just charged her right away before she responded to my sisters request+questions in regard to her appt. I get it you're busy. We chose to spend the little bit of money we have on YOUR small business. RULE 1 of business no matter how amazing your work is: Customer service will make or break you. You can also be sweet but if customer service is not there. You'll be out of business. Rule 2: Word of mouth is the best marketing. Rule 3: Take care of your business. This is your livelihood. You won't make it by charging late fees. You will take it next level by clienteling and taking care of you clients. PEOPLE. Best of luck Bianca!Update: got a ver distasteful response from Bianca. My review was not to "bash" more of being constructive. Her response proved the lack of empathy.

I met Bianca when she used to work at another shop. I went to her for my Brazilian waxes. Her smile, patience, and attention to detail made my waxing experience pleasant. I was her regular for about a year + and then boom...no more Bianca. The staff was vague about Bianca no longer worker for them. After Bianca, my visits at the shop were frustrating and painful due to inconsistent staffing. Fast forward to now (8 months later), I did some FBI searching for my favorite waxer... and I found her! She now runs her own business in the Tower District, Divinity Wax! After two months of not waxing, I came in to see Bianca for a Brazilian. Let's just say my vagina had never been so happy to see her! My appointment was fun. I love her vibe,her calming presence, and her taste in music. Bianca continues to have patience, the skills, and is knowledgeable about technique and product. The products she uses help reduce irritation and pain, especially with sensitive skin. Very unprofessional. Doesn't respect her own cancellation policy. Was excited to get a wax from Bianca per my sisters referral. I requested a cancellation exactly 24 hrs in advance, to which she confirmed the cancellation just a couple mins into the 24 hrs. window. I was SHOCKED to see a $46.50 charge on my card for late cancellation it was one of my concerns prior to cancelling but thought I was in the clear per policy. I figured I'd go ahead and ask if she'd be able to waive since I was only a couple mins into the 24 hrs. From being very responsive matter of one min responses, I asked about cancellation fee and she disappeared and was unresponsive until the following day. It almost seemed like she intentionally wanted the 24 hr. window to pass to charge the fee or didn't know how to professionally handle the situation. Long story short, her communication is very unprofessional.

Bianca is wonderful at maki bf sure you're comfortable. It was my first Brazilian and I was amazed at how beautiful my punani looked thank you!
