This was my first visit. A client recommended them and they are a hop skip from both my home & business. Lee & MJ, we're absolutely wonderful. They were professional, gentle, kind, and thoughtful. I loved that it was very peaceful and quiet. We had lovely conversations and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They were also super affordable with the quality of service. I have paid exponentially more for less. I'm so happy to have found a place so conveniently located with such lovely people, that also happen to do lovely work.

I got a gel pedicure. I used to go here up until I moved in 2019 and they definitely sold and it is a whole new set up. The quality is not what I used to get. My pedicure is all crooked.

Do not come here!!This place has really gone down hill. Their customer service is bad. The occasional phone call/text I can deal with. I don't text during one of my many visits in the middle of my gel pedicure the lady stoped what she was doing to go eat in there break room. On a different visit the same nail tech stoped in the middle of my pedicure to go outside & get items dropped of from someone. Now today this nail tech (a different lady) cut my toe & couldn't stop the bleeding. Never was there once an apology. & how am I supposed to relax when I see roaches crawling on the floor.Skip this place. I wish I could get them ZERO stars.

Went in for a gel pedicure and wasn't really happy with the result but I did let it go as I didn't wanted to seem picky or rude but the next day my gel started to come off it's clear they don't use high quality products :(

Service Received: Deluxe Luxury Gel Pedicure (gel number 119) #5 on the list of pedicure choices. Cost: $65Pros: -Employees are Polite and skilled.-Nice spa chairs with massage which your able to Control as you would like. -Environment is clean and all tools appeared to be cleaned or one time use. -I have had 2 pedicures since new ownership and both have always looks great. -Deluxe pedicure comes with typical pedicures nail upkeep, cooling mask, mud mask, hot towels (states in winter only but I got it today), massage, paraffin, Cons: -Gel cost not included which at this point it should be its so standard. -Cost have increased and while they used to have the best service for cost they have an amazing deluxe service but it doesn't quite meet cost for me anymore however I know several people who still believe its reasonable. -When ownership changed so did staff so some people I have seen for years are no longer here.

They worked very hard and they came out better than I even expected. They have so many charms and colors.

Best pedicure I've had in Fresno! Highly recommend! MJ was amazing! I will definitely be back! He took his time massaging my feet and legs, didn't feel rushed at all.

Oh wow! Worst place ever! My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and he had me get a full set and he asked for a manicure. An hour later, I'm done with my full set and 5 other people have been seated and worked on and my boyfriend is still waiting. He ended up not getting anything done because we had plans after. THE CHERRY ON TOP - the front desk lady took her shoes off, and started doing her toes with my nail techs instruments. Then my nail tech asked her for the clippers, and without sanitizing or even wiping them down she USED THEM ON MY HANDS. I was flabbergasted. Never coming here ever again. I used to love it here but it's gone down the drain. I feel bad to anybody I recommended this place to. My nails are horrible, total waste of $47.UPDATEgreat news everybody! I reported them to department of consumer affairs, board of cosmetology. Hopefully something comes of it! UPDATE AGAIN! So according to the Yelp business customer service lady for this business - I'm lying and I'm being hateful. No, it's a fact, im simply recounting the situation that happened here. And I got a letter from the board of cosmetology, they will be conducting an investigation of this business because of gross incompetence and negligence. Conduct your business in the correct way - don't be upset when you're called out for not doing so.

These are the worst nails I've ever gotten in my entire life. They look like they have been on my fingers for over a week and they are super sloppy. I try not to be rude, but these are just absolutely crap. How can a nail tech not do basic nails????? maybe you shouldn't be working there. When I bought a kit off Amazon and did them myself, they looked better. I used to always go to diva nails, but then they started slacking and getting sloppy. I haven't been there for about a year thought I'd go one more time. Give them another chance since my usual nail tech is pretty far away .. but that was a huge mistake.

I was given a last minute appointment for a special request manicure and I am so happy with the results. It's exactly what I wanted.
