I rarely order Chinese food, but that day I was craving some. I discovered this restaurant when I was at my mom friend ordered some for his son's birthday party. I was impressed by the flavors and how good the food is. Not to mention the portions are huge! The order: Tomato beef chow mein, green beans, Mongolian beef, and orange chicken. The tomato beef chow mein is my favorite. It's lathered in the sweet and savory tomato sauce and the beef is so tender. The noodles are the typical chow mien noodles. You're going to be full if you order this dish. Of course I need some greens with my meal so I got the green beans which is delicious. It cooked in the wok with garlic, a simple dish that is so good. My green beans were not overcooked or mushy. My mom really enjoyed the Mongolian beef, usually comes spicy, but since I have kids I asked for no spice. It was so yummy and tender. The beef is not chewy what's so ever! I recommend trying this dish if you have a chance. They make it really good here. Finally, the orange chicken, my husband's favorite. Good batter on the outside, but I wish it was a little more saucy. But overall, it was a good and since the portions were so big it took us two days to finish it. They are very generous with portions. If you ever order their catering , they give you a lot! Perfect for parties. If it is a big order they will ask for a deposit. There was not a lot of seatings indoors. Think there was just one small table out in the dining area. This is definitely more a to-go kind of place. The staff are efficient and friendly. If you ever want to get some Chinese food, try this kinda hole in the wall place.

This small take-out has been at the corner of Bullard and Marks for decades. We've often ordered when the workday was long and the cupboard was low on rations. Ding-Ho always provided delicious, filling meals. It's been awhile since we have ordered but decided we needed a quick, easy delicious dinner so thought we would make a call. Things have changed. Menus are online. The owners now prefer you use QR to order rather than call in. Meals are more expensive than years ago but also much larger. Food is still delicious. Very convenient.

This was our first time ordering from Ding Ho Kitchen Chinese food to go. What a wonderful restaurant! Their soups were generous and delicious! The price of the soups were an added treat. We ordered chicken noodle soup and shrimp noodle soup. The presentation was excellent. A generous selection of different vegetables. The array included Bock Choi, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, asparagus, carrots and other vegetables. The broth was delicious! The large bowl of soup was beautifully presented. The price of each soup was excellent. We will definitely order again from this restaurant. Great prices! You have to try it. You will not be disappointed.

We've been getting takeout here for at least 20 years. Consistently good. Love the special chow mein. Great potstickers. Soups are great, especially when you have a cold. Really we have never had anything from here that we didn't think was good.

Now, we have been in Utah for two years+, and to this day there is no place anywhere in Utah that have an idea of what pan fried noodles are. So every time we are in Fresno, Ca. We load up on noodles from Ding Ho! Bring extra containers just for this amazing Chinese food.

Went there last week and got the basic combo plate pork chow mein, pork fried rice, S&S pork and it was DELISH! ESPECIALLY the S&S pork because it had fat in it.

One of my absolute favorite Chinese's restaurants in Fresno!! I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. They tend to get pretty busy because they're so popular so be prepared, but their food is worth it! I tend to order on DD pickup that way it's easier and you don't have to wait on the phone. It's a small place tucked away in a shopping center with plenty of parking. I always order their dumplings because they're so juicy and big and they come with a yummy spicy oil. They are also not messing around with their portion sizes! You could easily feed 2-4 people with an order of orange chicken and pan fried noodles (which I also highly recommend.) For the amount of food you'll get at such an affordable price, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone in town!

Gross. Chicken tasted like it was boiled and re microwaved. Placed over partially frozen noodles likely microwaved with water at the bottom. Mongolian beef was subpar but not flavor. Went to try this place out due to reviews but totally did not see reviews that said this place was sold to different owners. Panda Express is wayyyyy better. Too bad

Good lord..can't even finish my food before leaving a review. Hands down worst "Chinese" food in Fresno! Ordered the combo plate which comes with "pork chowmein", fried rice and choice of side which I picked orange chicken. This is NOT chowmein! These are flubbery, plain flavorless noodles..with 3pc of pork sitting on top. Fried rice has a burned after taste...like it was cooked in a pan where they previously burned food! The orange chicken was mid at best.
