Service was great, waitress was attentive, food was good and even offered me fresh vegetables in place of the pasta. BUT, why is the USA so far behind foreign countries in offering a gluten free menu or alternative? A pasta house should carry a gluten free pasta! You don't have to have a variety, one kind of gluten free noodle with your fantastic sauces would be wonderful. PS the back room wainscoting needs to be dusted.

The service was nice, we have one waitress serving our table of 25 and she did an amazing job! She got all our food orders right and was very accommodating to dietary restrictions. The ambiance was cozy and the volume levels were low. But the food... it was not very good. There were only a few vegetarian options available and the best one had to be the Pasta Primavera. The pink sauce was lovely and the vegetable amount was perfect but it didn't have any pizzazz . I also tried the gnocchi and it was not good. It was served in the same pink sauce which was good but the gnocchi itself was sticky and would stick to my teeth. The other basic pasta options that was just some type of noodle in red sauce and was quite bland to me.

Trying something different. Seafood Calzone with red sauce ordered early. Before they opened. The worker was kind and said it would be ready when they opened at 11:30am. I went in to get it shortly later. The restaurant is very nice inside. Low key and calm atmosphere. The order was ready and pushed to me on the counter. Paid for the order and left. Lunchtime! I got it set up per usual. Seafood Calzone split. My half was really delicious and a nice change from the usual calzone with that seafood. . Great red sauce with it also! It came with a fresh and tasty salad1/2. Delicious looking bread too! Saving it to have tomorrow!Mother said her half was great too! She really liked that it was baked with the variety of seafood. Good service and great Seafood Calzone, salad and bread! Highly recommended!

No matter the location they're pretty consistent with some pretty good Italian food. If anything they could stand to update their amenities and stuff like that.

The service is great - professional, experienced and so friendly. The menu is fantastic with so many options. The manicotti and calzones were huge portions and very tasty. My favorite is the halibut (who would guess at an Italian restaurant?) perfectly cooked.

Delicious dining experience in Sanger, CA twice in a week ! : ) My first visit to this DiCicco's was on a Friday night. Although we didn't have a reservation we were seated pretty quickly. I like how this restaurant is laid out, small and larger booths and tables. There is also an event/large group space in the back. At the counter I noticed they have Cry Baby wine which is locally sourced and produced, so we ordered the Red Blend-delicious! It went perfectly with our dishes, Cheese Tortellini and Cannelloni. The hour soup, minestrone was so good! Tasty fresh bread as well. A few days later we gathered their to celebrate a birthday and I tried the Cannelloni-so good , I think I'd definitely order that again. Delicious leftovers for lunch the next day. Friendly service.

Our local Italian cuisine. Never a bad meal and always generous portions. Highly recommend if close to Sanger. Really good pizza too.

Would have been 5 star except they use canned mushrooms on their pizza. Might as well be eating rubber!

Unfortunately in my opinion this place has lost the quality. I order chicken parmigiana and when I asked if there was any parmigiana on it I was told there is a little parmigiana sprinkled on the chicken before the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese is placed on top and there is no parmigiana in the breading of the chicken. Disappointing to order chicken parm and getting chicken mozzarella.

If I could give a lesser rating I would. The business practices of this Diccicos-Clovis leave a lot to be desired. Being a small business themselves you would think they would treat other small businesses with as much respect as they would like to be treated however they have not. We booked our Christmas Party and reserved the banquet room (or back room) for December 9th, and now less than 3 days away they call and decided to take our reservation away because a bigger company with more employees who will spend more money has requested the same area and we can just deal with it. In the words of the owner "Will we be spending over $1000 to secure that room? If not then thats to bad." I informed him we were never told we needed to spend $1000 for the banquet room and we were emailed the information. If we needed to pay to reserve the room we could have done that if that was requested; however that is not the case, we are just not lucrative enough and therefore not important enough to treat with dignity and respect. Will not be giving this Diccicos anymore business. Super disappointed they could just do this less than 3days from the party.***********This is for the Clovis Diccicos on shields Avenue***********
