My cousin had her reception here and she was frustrated at all the rules (don't use the exterior exits, separate the recyclables, no liquids in garbage and mop the dance floor ). I've never had to mop the dance floor as part of cleanup before. Please read the contract for everything they don't mention.

Ugh! I don't know what else to say. Came to this venue for a family event. The food is horrible! The beef was chewy, chicken was charred on the outside and bloody raw on the inside, chilli beans had an awkward taste, and the dinner roll was hard to swallow. Only thing edible was the rice pilaf and iceberg salad. Other than that it seems like a decent place.

Overall the facility itself is fairly nice with a decent hall and separate bar room location. But the reason for the 1 aka 0 star is as follows:Had a family event (birthday occasion) hosted about 200 guests. We were hesitant about the services offered here so we outsourced everything (decoration:seat covers, table clothes, center pieces -- dinnerware: plates, utensils, napkins, cups -- all food/appetizers). We did pay for their service of 4 servers and a bartender. The severs were very very slow at everything they did (refilling the appetizers table/ water on table and setting up the buffet style table). Also to note: the servers were in the kitchen eating the food that they were suppose to be putting out. (Why are we paying you again?). The bartender (a lady) was bad too. She was rude, slow and even walked away at one point. She wasn't social or cared much just there for make the quick cash. The servers and bartender did succeed at cleaning up on time. They rushed and made sure everything and everyone was out of the place. Except, they did managed to break some dinnerware with the haste work. Thanks!!!! Biggest advice: avoid hosting an event here or outsource everything and everyone.

if i could give zero stars i would. this is for a review of their catering by chiminello catering company at the diana court location. not only is the facility run down and with very cheesy decor, the service and food are MISERABLE. dinner for a wedding of 165 was supposed to be served at 6pm. meals did not start coming out until after 7. appetizers stopped at 5:30. everyone was sitting around waiting and WAITING. i was in the wedding party so i missed the appetizers and can not comment on how they were but i'm imagining bad due to the dinner.someone in the bride's family had to go back in the kitchen around 7:15 to demand that food start coming out. i don't think i've had such a bad meal. it was worse than tv dinners. the "mixed green salad" was iceberg lettuce with a few cheap croûtons out of a box and goopy nasty salad dressing. the "beef" was white with a brown jell sauce, the chicken was hard and overcooked outside and pink in the middle. the potatoes were hard. even the people that ordered the vegetarian meals didn't eat. i've never seen so much food sitting on people's plates as it was cleared away. what a WASTE of money. for 165 people, they had 3, yes 3, servers. it took another 45 minutes for everyone to get their food. a table would be partially served then they'd go to another table. guest after guest had to ask the servers for FOOD while others picked at their weak meals. the rolls were hard and stale. unreal. if i was the family i would ask for my money back without a doubt. just horrible. their bartender was sour with not a smile or friendly comment to be made.last night my dad when home and got VERY ill. bad food poisoning. NEVER NEVER NEVER have your event at this location with this caterer.

Would never do business with a place that sets up appointment to have me and my girlfriend come by for possible wedding reception and its closed with no voicemail or email to notify me of any changes. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The place was nice but the lady named Cindy who we did the contract through was very rude and a liar. She stated that we would have the kitchen even if someone rented the other room. She made my brothers leave the kitchen in the middle of them cutting the fruits. On the contract it also stated that i was to get a 48" round table and I had to tell her several times that morning. She then comes in through the double doors of the kitchen and slams the table down almost hitting my cousin. She had the nerve to tell me that she is in the middle of trying to get this event next door ready and the bride is already late. Well do I give a damn? No cause its not my problem. I as much right to this place as anyone who paid to rent the hall. All I can say is she is liar, liar, liar...

We (Chick-fil-A Blackstone) have used Diana Court Banquet for our team and family Holiday Parties for the last 3 years. We currently have a date set this year for a team meeting. We have worked with Mary, Maria, and now Liz when it comes to coordinating our event. The main ballroom is big enough for roughly 200 people, can fit up to 25 tables that seat 8 comfortably, a decent size dance floor, for dancing and games, and attached kitchen for use, if you would like. Decent lighting with dimmers. This past year, 2024, they upgraded their chairs. They do offer linens for an extra charge. They are amazing at asking clarifying questions to make sure the area is set to how you would like. Offer extra 6' and 8' tables for guest check in, food, desserts, paper goods, etc. We usually work with outside vendors for any linens and food. We have used the kitchen in the past, and it is a great space, fully set up. Bathrooms on site across the hall. A smaller bar area to use for smaller events. We have not personally used that area. The staff is amazing and so helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. We have had no problems getting ahold of the facility and or coordinating any of our events. Even at 7am in the morning their answering our calls!Highly recommend this site for and gatherings.

Some people may have been disappointed about the fact that it's kinda hard to get in touch with the coordinator of the hall. I personally am satisfied with how they handled business with us. You get what you paid for.. and with the right deco and right catering service, the place actually has potential, easy to find, hotel is just across the building(for those who can't drive after partying) and the venue is spacious. I gave 5 stars for the fact that I'm a pleased customer who got what I paid for.
