Sandy is now my go to hair stylist! After so many sessions with other stylist she was able to finally get my hair to where it needed to be. The pricing is super reasonable esp for the quality of hair service you get. Tucked away in a small alley this salon is not aesthetically the most posh place but that honestly doesnt matter bc you're there for your hair to look good. Ive gone to other high end places like Michael Blunt Salon and Ive definitely over paid for what I was given. I would pick this salon over and over again and will definitely come back. A little about my experience: I have super stubborn asian hair which took four sessions to lighten. But when i walked into this salon I immediately noticed the other clients in the other chairs and immediately felt calm. Sandy got the color i wanted spot on and it melted really well. ALL THE STYLIST are talented and their casual vibe makes going to your hair appointment less stressful.. think beauty shop with queen latifah. Friends doing what they love and doing it WELL. Theres also no senior stylist, junior stylist nonsense.. just people who are good at their job. Super recommend, I mean look at my hair. :)

I see girls who go there that have really nicely colored hair, but I didn't have the same experience. The girls were nice, but the experience sucked. I was asked last minute to come in later than my scheduled time and still waited an hour before any color was put in my hair. After washing the dye out, I was asked to blow dry my own hair. There was still dye all over my ears and back of my head which I wiped off myself. Then I sat there and waited. That's another hour with out anyone touching my hair. After 4 hours, I left with balayage that was darker in some areas and blonde in others for $185. They book way too many clients at a time and don't focus on their clients like they should.

I absolutely love this salon, Sandy is my stylist and she is tremendously professional, timely, and talented. I get every service done there where I used to have my services split up between salons when I didn't live in the area. Sandy colors my hair cuts my hair, and does the Brazilian blowout for me. Unbeatable pricing and fantastic work every single time consistently.

I've been going with Sandy for the past 3 years and I have always left the salon satisfied. She's a great hairstylist and knows how to do her job very well. I usually book my appointments during the weekends which are busy for her but she's very good at multi tasking and she gets great help from her assistant. Even though the salon is hidden, it is clean and there is enough parking. You definitely get your money's worth. Highly recommend.

Very unpleased with my outcome and especially what I ended up having to pay for it nearly $300!!!! When she said $154 Never ever would I go here again nor recommend it Sandy is very very unprofessional and rude! She didn't bother fixing my hair after it came out hideous and still had me pay so much she was like a chicken with no head running around and complaining about doing everyones hair which is her job!! Wish I would have read the reviews before going Never again!!! Feel like I definitely got ripped off smh

I have been going to Jenny for haircuts for the past two years. She has always given me haircuts that are easy for me to maintain and gives advice on how to upkeep my hair health. She has a great personality and remembers details about her clients.

Sandy and her magic wand (blowdryer) leave you feeling your absolute best by the time you walk out the door back to your car. She is professional and the fun banter make the experience something I look forward to. She will make you feel like a princess whether it's a trim, color touch-up, Brazilian Blowout or ombre. I've been seeing her for over 11 years and highly recommend her services.

Then I was told to come back at 10am the next day. Hairstylist was a no show, At 11:12 she text me: are you here, oh babe I told you I would be 20 min late, I have clients. I was speechless, no response. I was told by more than one hairstylist they fried your hair.

sandy is unprofessional, 1hr wait time after having an appointment spent 5 hrs total to get charged $350 and not get the blonde balayage that was asked for. does a half job then charges $185 more to complete the job saying its a process after promising results for $350. gossiping and talking rude about other clients and her own staff. do not recommend at all !!!
