Missed this place so much since I moved out of Cali! I forgot got how good these sandwiches were and their quality is so wonderful. Avocados were so fresh and ripe with the right amount of turkey! I waited awhile to get my food but I don't mind because I know they're layering the inside of my sandwich so nicely and carefully. It's not splattered on and a mess like other sandwich spots. I also ordered the fries and it came out super hot with bomb seasoning. Best sandwich ever, I love this place.

I went to grab some sandwiches, and the cashier made the experience unpleasant with her attitude. She seemed very young--possibly underage--but regardless of her age, her behavior was unprofessional and made me question whether she was suited for the job. She was giving me attitude and later started talking to another person in a foreign language while looking at me and laughing, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked for a box, the cashier initially responded, but another employee then told me she needed to ask the manager for approval, which seemed unnecessary. I had to explain that they sell the box for $100 and that my order exceeded that amount, so I didn't see why management needed to be involved. Eventually, they gave me the box, but the whole experience left a bad impression. I'm sharing this experience not to complain, but to highlight the discomfort I felt. I definitely won't be going back, and I didn't even feel comfortable eating the food afterward--I couldn't be sure what they might have done to it.

Hmmm...I dunno about this one. I'm conflicted. Lemme elaborate. The food itself was really like that at this location. STR8 fiya yall. Fair price point too. Customer service was low key mid. Not bad but not great if that makes sense. (Shoulder shrug) The level of cleanliness dare I say was mid as well. I say all of that to say this, they need to tighten up! They still get 4 starz outta me tho really 3.5! I'm roundin up tho. That's it that's all!

My husband ordered two French Dips and one order of beer batter fries. The French Dips barely had any flavor and meat. We used to go to get them once a week. We thought okay places have off days once in a while, so we tried again with no success. Especially after paying $36 for two sandwiches and an order of fries, NEVER AGAIN!

ThIs has to be one of my favorites deli d's.can tell the owner cares and represents the brand well. Don't care of the bread but the wraps are delicious. Try the sweet fries, are a great side order.

Happen to try a turkey sandwich due to my coworker over ordering and I was surprised at how good it was. The bread was nice and soft and the meat and veggies taste fresh. I didn't pay for it so I can't comment on the price but I did enjoy my sandwich. Will definitely stop by again to get the whole experience! I wish I took a picture of the sandwich before I ate it but I didn't expect to leave a review until I had finished it lol.

i'm kinda sad because the first time i had deli delicious it was so yummy and now it seems to get worse every time i go. today i ordered a turkey bacon avocado and asked for it toasted, and was informed that all of their "sandwiches" are toasted. turns out only the bread part is toasted or so i'm assuming even though when i got my sandwich the bread was cold & the meat & cheese were very cold. i guess i should have asked for the bread, meat & cheese toasted. not sure if that's an option. also, my sandwich was missing the bacon lol.bummer.

This franchise is going down and it's sad to see it. I remember when the sandwiches were on point. Now they're soggy, take forever to get ready and the overall quality control with food and location is subpar at best. Our last visit here.

Sandwich toppings were good. Unfortunately the Dutch Crunch bread was not fresh which was disappointing. We ordered online and sandwiches were ready in a timely manner. Maybe just an off day on the bread.

ComplaintAn employee cut me off when I was ordering and said to cross off items on a list instead of just listening to what I wanted to order ( no other employee has denied me this before ) so I did check off my items on the list, payed, went home. The sandwich is wrong so I go back and I try and tell the employees what happened and they cut me off again Not listening to the fact that I wanted a refund and proceeding to try and remake my sandwich Before telling me to leave an employee or Manager punks me asking if I have a problem and I said "yes my sandwich!"Asked for names and they refused Then I gladly left.
