Amazing customer service!!!! Cashier is super friendly and knows how to make someone feel welcomed. The food was top notch and were able to accommodate my sandwich how I liked. 10/10 must go

Went to pick up lunch today. I've never been this disappointed. I ordered beer battered fries and it was a quarter full, I've never received this little. I asked them about it and tried to show them but they weren't interested in helping me. She told me it's 10oz and sometimes when in a rush they can add more. I weighed it and it's not 10oz. I'll never come to this location again. They could've offered me just a little more but they didn't even want to look or help me. Worse experience. No one cares about customer service anymore

I came here on a Thursday around 10:30 am as I was craving a sandwich. Not sure why their reviews are so low. The restaurant is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. They have outside tables next to a water fountain.The restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly. I ordered a medium salami, turkey with sprouts and the "Works" minus mustard on Dutch Bread. It was a quick and easy process.The sandwich is fresh. Bread is soft yet textured. Tons of fresh ingredients. I love it!Definitely a Bookmark location so I know where to come back to for a great sandwich.

Will avoid this location sadly. Spent $30 on 2 sandwiches ordered "the works" and even verbally said Yes, LOAD IT PLEASE and smiled. When I got home with my sad excuse for sandwiches, one I dropped to my poor hubby at work, were beyond dry and terrible. Maybe 6 tiny strands of lettuce, a dot of mustard, one pepper stem I couldn't eat, one tiny thin round slice of onion, one tiny end edge of a dry pickle, and a single tiny tomato slice... no oil or vinegar just dry and sad. Too many other competitors for a good sandwich for there to be any excuse to serve this poor of quality, I am actually feeling personally attacked by it lol but actually just beyond frustrated and what a rip off. Nice steal Deli D this is dry and tastes terrible and I'm going to be hungry after I'm sure!!?!??

Ordered a sandwich online. First of all it was the turkey avocado and sprouts. This is a cold sandwich and they heated it. There was no avocado, I asked to sub the Swiss with cheddar and that didn't happen and there was barely any turkey. 2nd ti e in the last month my order was messed up. Not coming here anymore

I went to this location of Deli Delicious today at Willow and Nees to grab an early lunch. I have been to this location before, but so many things noteworthy really stood out differently today. First of all, I was greeted with a welcome and smile the moment I entered. The cashier was super friendly and we even had quick small talk as I ordered. I noticed as I looked around that the dining area was absolutely immaculate. As I took a couple pictures I wanted to post, I looked closer and noticed I could see the reflection of the ceiling from the table- that's refreshing to feel that level of shine and cleanliness! I had a lovely vegetarian sandwich on sourdough. All my adaptations and details to my order were completely accurate. The sandwich was not only made with care, but all the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The booths were super unique with a low, almost cube like backing that was very comfortable. The sandwiches are always great here and today they were exceptional! Kathy took my phone order and was so friendly and repeated the order to make sure it was correct. The sandwiches were made to perfection and the Dutch crunch roll is the best! We had the Buffalo chicken and the Chipotle chicken sandwiches. Thank you for making my day :). Great service in the store too!

Wife & I went again for lunch today, and as usual for the last 4 visits, NO unsweetened Ice Tea. And this time no unsweetened ice tea, even in a bottle in the cold box ! And, there were several other customers also pretty peaved about this ongoing situation as well. Then my wife goes for the Root Beer, and guess what, that's empty too !! IT'S VERY CLEAR, BAD supervision, and the OWNERS or management that oversee this Deli Delicious just doesn't really care. If it happens at once and a while, we get it. But EVERY TIME ! That's it were DONE. Along with multi other customers also at our visit today. Strike 4, YOUR OUT Deli Delicious, at WILLOW & NEES ! There is way too many other sandwich shops in the area, that the OWNERS & MANAGEMENT give a care to the customers. The large sum of money you make us pay for your little sandwich, and compromised drinks is already ridiculous. At $30 for two mini sandwiches, two little half filled bags of chips, and two small drinks, that we can't even get the beverage we wanted and ordered, is a rip-off by your business.DONE, DONE & DONE Dan Clovis, CA

Disappointed. Employee CALLED to check our mobile order, so I was expecting a good sandwich made correctly. We had used the app, so instructions were clear. When we arrived, the sandwiches were made with everything in them, which was NOT asked for. Employees clearly didn't read instructions and after calling, that is unacceptable. We had to deconstruct both meals and take off everything, and even then we couldn't get the pepper and oils off.
