Deli Delicious

We've ordered the same sandwich (large Classic Ham on Dutch crunch with Provolone & all the toppings) 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time the ingredients have been well balanced and put-together to make a delicious & enjoyable sandwich. Each time, the staff was friendly and attentive, with one exception. Not sure what his issue was, but one counter person (who claimed to be a "transfer" from another location) seemed lost in space: he asked me to repeat my sandwich, bread, cheese and condiment choices 2 or 3 times EACH. I lacked confidence that the order would be correctly filled, but it was. Hearing problem? Substance abuse? Brain stuck in MineCraft mode? Whatever ... this irritating goof cost them a star.

A small group of us went in for an early dinner. We ordered four small sandwiches, one order of fries, and one order of green beans. It took over 20 minutes to receive our food, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. Besides the wait, my sister and I who ate green beans became ill. I went to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper. I notified staff that they needed to refill the toilet paper, but they never did. We usually love deli delicious so this was a major disappointment and we will not be going back to this location.

No AC, kind of freaked me out with the temperature control of the meat. Felt bad there was only one guy there but he made our sandwich's really good!

Had a great salad and sandwich. Also the man at the front was so kind! We stopped on a road trip up to NorCal and definitely enjoyed are food.

Terrible! Ordered a tuna sandwich and was given a turkey. Mistakes happen. I provided the receipt to correct the order and get what I actually wanted to eat. One employee was very apologetic but the one making the sandwich just scrapped off as much of the turkey as she could and slapped some tuna on the previously made sandwich and gave it back. $17 for a sloppy, gross mess. I've never seen anything like it. After all that, an elderly man came in and ordered a tuna sandwich as well. The cashier kept confirming he wanted tuna. He even walked out to the man's table and asked again after he ordered. I don't know what their deal is making tuna sandwiches but if you want one, go somewhere else. So disappointing and definitely not worth the price.**Asked to email customer service and no one ever responded. It seems like something just posted to reviews to give the appearance of a remedy. Just makes a bad situation worse.

The guy at the register was either rude or wasnt hearing me properly when i order because he repeated back with an attitude talking about "what is it that you want"! Like who greets a customers when ordering like that. So i ordered and ask to dine in but when my order was finished they had it all in to go boxes and in a bag. I shook it off cause im like watver i can still eat inside. Once i opened up my order it was all wrong. I ordered a large sandwhich and got a really skinny skimpy sandwhich and i also asked for sweet potatoe fries and the person that handed me my fries gave me a half of a bag of potatoes that were overly fried and told me the rest of my fries will be on the way. I was a bit upset at the fact that my food was coming to me in batches and not all together. Personally i love deli delicious i just will not be coming back to this location due to the lack of understanding and the lack of not knowing what they were doing with the order.

Unbelievable service and food A+ plus never had a sandwich so good server exceptionally nice and very helpful. Definitely would come again.

This place would not honor an offer that I had on the app. I think the lady working at the counter is the owner and she seems untrustworthy.

The placeLookedClean and I was created right away and he was friendly. I didn't get his name but he is a co-owner. He was generous with the toppings and especially the turkey. I know fast foods are struggling with minimum wage but $16 for a fast food turkey sandwich does seem high. Overall, my experience was good and the sandwich was tasty!

I recommended deli delicious to a close friend of mine because he had never had it before. I don't usually write reviews but this situation totally caught both of us off guard. He visited this store around noon today and they asked to see his ID. I find that very strange to ask someone for their ID just to buy a sandwich, this is not the liquor store and he was not buying cigarettes. He asked another guest that was present at the time if they asked for their ID and they said no. He stated that he felt singled out and it made him uncomfortable. I'm disappointed because this was his very first experience at deli delicious. He most likely will not be returning because of this. I have been to multiple locations and never once have I been asked for my ID. What is the reasoning behind asking for someone's ID?
