Just visited this location the young lady didn't even let me get through the door without telling me there was a 30 min wait for a sandwich mind you there was one person in the restaurant. Under no circumstances should it take this long for a sandwich and if it is they need to get there staffing in order i had a very big order but took my business elsewhere i won't be returning to this location.

Expensive at ~$10 (including tax) for a mini sandwich but the chipotle chicken was SO GOOD and service was extremely quick on a Saturday afternoon. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area!

My 1 star rating is for a few reasons at this specific location. First, my fiancé and I love the Monterey Ranch sandwich from Deli Delicious. So we decided to go grab some today. We showed up 20 minutes before closing. We get it, it's annoying when clients show up last minute but it was not 5 minutes before closing it was 20. We also planned to grab our order to go not wanting to inconvenience even though it does not take 20 minutes for me to eat a small size sandwich. As soon as we walked in the lights in the sitting area were already dimmed and the cashier greeted us. The moment I asked for the Monterey Ranch she turned to ask another associate if they were still doing "Hot sandwiches". Disappointed to see that question being asked with 20 minutes left opened. Secondly once I placed my order the cashier followed to tell me "to go orders only". I cannot explain in words how inconvenient I was made feel. You have 20 minutes left opened which means you should not be shutting down your store prior if not then close your doors. A client is paying for what they want not what you want them to have and how. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a deli delicious. Lastly, the girl who made our sandwiches called our order out for us to pick up by placing our order on the counter and walking away without any acknowledgement. To top it off my order was wrong. Wrong bread was given to me. Even with the employees making us as clients feel that way we did what a good client does and tipped them. When I say I felt like an absolute inconvenience is the nice way for me to put the real emotion this establishment gave me. I work in customer service and it's sad to see the horrible customer stories I hear are true. Get employees who care to work till the very last minute. That's true work ethic and true customer service. I don't understand when the client stopped coming first when they are what keeps businesses running.

Really enjoyed the first quick and friendly service. Wasn't sure what to get and suggested the Classic Roast beef! So yummy and something new to try! They had the radio playing at a nice volume and lots of seating with nice lighting.

Fig Garden location has awful customer service. I normally like Deli Delicious but at this location I didn't even order. There were a lot of empty tables. My husband and I walked up to the counter. We are the only ones in line. The counter person was on the phone taking a catering order. There was another person standing by the area where they make the sandwiches. She was wearing gloves like she was getting ready to make a sandwich but there were no orders. She just stood around. There was a third person who would go to the back then come to front several times. No one acknowledged us. We waited 10 minutes and then left. The woman was still on the phone when we walked out the door. We went somewhere else.

Salad was excellent The Turkey/salad makings were fresh plentiful spicy green beans great ....not greasy Sierra (register clerk) was not pleasant ...she was in a hurry to rush me to order ( I am not familiar w/the options so needed time I tried to ask for a chief salad with only Turkey ...she kept pointing to chief salad (which had Turkey/ham ....I had to ask repeatedly before she understood not to put ham on my salad (as though I could not customize my chief salad)The the ladies that prepared my order were quick & the salad well worth the price....It was not busy /orders came out w/in 2min of ordering ...if it weren't for the register person I'd have given the experience a 5 rating
