I had an extremely frustrating experience with Defy's membership cancellation process and customer service. I attempted to cancel my membership before being charged, but their website did not show any active memberships under my name. I also called customer service, left a voicemail, and never received a response.Since I couldn't cancel online, I went to the location in person, where an employee helped me cancel. However, by that time, my account had already been charged $89, and the cancellation only applied to the next cycle. I immediately contacted customer service on Thursday to request a refund, as I had been actively trying to cancel before the charge. They told me I would receive a response within 1-2 business days, but it has now been three business days (Thursday-Monday), and I still haven't heard anything.I understand that delays can happen, but withholding a response--especially over $89--is unacceptable. At the very least, I should have received an update. Ignoring refund requests and making it difficult to cancel a membership is not a good look for a company. I hope they make things right, but based on this experience, I would not recommend their membership program.

My daughter brought a dozen of her 6th grade girls from church for a fun day together. Unfortunately, they were shortly meet by two young boys who were approximately 10 and 12. These two started cursing and spitting on the girls. My daughter approached to stop this behavior, only to be meet with the same attacks. There was a Skyfall employee near by (30 feet) who did nothing. My daughter approached the employee for help. He begrudgingly approached the two boys and was meet with the same attacks. He walked away and just disappeared. It is amazing what fear two young boys that love calling people the N word and racist, can get away with! More bad happened, but not enough hours in the day. I enjoyed this place. It was overall pretty clean and was a great way for the kids (and myself) to burn off some energy and get in some good exercise. Grippy socks for the whole family is a bit of an investment, but I'll just try to remember to bring them for next time. Some of the arcade machines were down, but that wasn't a big deal as that wasn't why we had come in the first place. Jungle gym could use a few more plastic balls but all in all a fun place to come!

The holidays are here which means no school for the kids and hours upon hours of bottled up energy. Before they drive you crazy, get a membership for the Sky Zone Trampoline park. Trust me!The place is huge with seemingly endless opportunities for kids to get all of their wiggles out. My son really loves the balance beam / foam pit drop, the main center trampoline area, and the platform jump. Members pay $30+ a month for unlimited visits and single visits passes are $27. Basically, the membership is the way to go. Kids get 90-minutes max to enjoy this place; with my son usually being exhausted after the first hour. We've been a member here since June and it's super clutch for those holiday breaks, hot summer days, and those few rainy days we get.Happy hopping!

Came here for a birthday. Pretty cool place for kids and adults. A lot to do for fun. Place looked clean and equipment seemed to be in good shape. They have party rooms and they called the party on the intercom once it was time. It's a huge place. From what I seen from one end there was a balance beam, a foam pit drop obstacle course, the main center trampoline area, dodgeball & basketball trampoline area, a slide, rope swing and more. My son loved it and wants to go again.

It is so great to have a place to bring the grandchildren and have some active fun that is inside. Bringing a five, three, and 1 1/2 year old here is so fun. I bought summer passes so we can go every day if we want, which we probably won't, for 90 minutes. We also bought the required socks for $4.99 a pair. I didn't have to pay for the 1 1/2 year old. She's free with a paid adult.Of course I bought my own summer pass because why wouldn't I want to jump too?! The kids love the rope swing the best and spent quite a bit of time on it both times we have come. The 5 year old learned that all you have to do is ask a girl in the orange shirt to open the slide and she will. Oh goodness, that is some fun too! There is plenty to do in 90 minutes. When you check in you are given a bracelet with a time written on it. Today we had yellow bracelets. Over the loudspeaker, which is loud but not blaring, we heard our bracelet color announced. After about 15 minutes the kiddos were ready to head out. There is a snack bar with water bottles, soda, gatorades, icees, and more. There are food options and lots of ice cream too.

We have a membership and worth it if you go twice a month. My girls enjoy the place and I enjoy that it gives them the opportunity to release energy somewhere indoors. We rarely go during the weekend as it gets crowded. If you have a young child, you'll definitely have to run around behind them. There is no toddler/little kid section only. They have a lot of workers watching but accidents happen fast, especially as older kids zoom across the place. It's nice when it's less busy. They have several different types of play areas other than just trampolines.

My children love this place. My only complaint is the team working could be more attentive with enforcing the rules. I'm all about kids going wild but when you have little and big kids accidents do happen.
