Deans Pawning & Instant Cash

I really want to warn people about this place. A few years ago (btw same owner) I pawned my BRAND NEW still wrapped in the plastic it even taken out of the packaging. Tell me why when I got it out it was COMPLETELY USED the owner allowed his wife to use my $400 purse. When I brought it up all he did was discount me on a other purchase but I should've sued tf out of him bc that's bad business to assume you can use people things well they are to be stored not worn. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE not to mention he low balls. But that could be just bc he's going to use it or his wife is. I hope he reads this n realizes he's a pos for taking advantage of me when I wasn't doing so well financially. His wife used my purse and he didn't even offer to replace it as he should have. I still have the receipt n pics somewhere bc I wanted to sue but relocated.

Took my ring in with a non conflict diamond that has appraisal certificates and is registered with GIA Gemological Institute of America...And they told me it wasn't real!!!LolIn addition they were extremely rude, and customer service was nonexistent.Took same ring to Fresno Coin Gallery and revived superior customer service.

I have a 2018 Lenovo yoga that they wouldn't lend me $50 for. Only $50 I paid 500 not even a year ago. This thing is still new. But idk. They said they only except certain laptops. Whatever that means

I was looking for a guitar and Deans had several for me to choose from and while I was there I began looking at the jewelry and found a silver bracelet with turquoise. I've been to deans plenty of times and experienced nothing but great attitude and customer service from the workers..They were very kind and understanding with the situation I was in. They're actually the best Pawn shop in fresno !!
