You can tell they love what they do because of the passion they do it with. They are one of the most carrying and honest people you will ever meet. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and generosity. They are truly one of the most amazing people I know.

Amazing company, great staff and outstanding owners! These folks really go out of their way to help their clients and support the communities they work in. Property management is a ery tricky world, especially in CA, they know how to thread the needle and protect both landlords AND tenants in a sue happy climate. Doug and his team are the definition of AMAZING! We came to him with a rough idea of what we were looking for and what we thought we could afford - he made sure to sit down with us at the very beginning to explain everything that we would be doing, seeing and experience - even the stressful parts! He went above and beyond to answer our (many) questions, worries and concerns during the current pandemic, and we are so happy to have found our forever home! Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!

Our Agent Khon was so great in every way. He showed us housing from 5 minutes away to 60 minutes away, always with a smile. He went above and beyond all the way through getting the keys. Such an awesome experience thanks to Khon.

We had to deal with some renter issues prior (because we were not using a property management at the time) and Doug went above and beyond to help us through the difficult process. My intentions were to hire a property management company so I called Dart and he gave me lots of great information. I have a long time tenant that I was having a bit of a rough patch with he basically told me how to solve the problem without paying for property management when it wasn't needed. He could've easily took my money. I would definitely call if I need services in the future and also refer anyone seeking property management.
