Melissa is professional, sweet and skilled. She provides a comfortable and serene atmosphere while explaining the procedure well. She welcomes questions and is willing to educate. She is also willing to work with you if you're not completely happy with the results. I had a lash lift and tint and a brow lamination and tint and was pleased with the results. She is still the best in the business! I love that sometimes we can chat and others I can enjoy some polite hellos followed with more silence depending on my mood and goal that session. She continues to use high quality products, and combined with her techniques and attention it couldn't leave my skin feeling better or glowing more.She always takes in to consideration any skin concerns I'm having at the time, especially when transitioning between seasons as the dryness of my skin changes from winter to summer. She is always prompt with her scheduled and has been very accommodating when I've had to cancel and reschedule a day or two in advance due to illness/personal issues, and never makes me feel like a bother when they are legitimate and unavoidable circumstances. I feel like she respects my time, as I do hers, and that goes a long way.I tell all of my friends about her because she is truly a wizard with skincare and a gem of a human to top it off. As with any skincare, consistency is key, so I do recommend setting up monthly appointments to get the best results and maintain the glow that she always gives me!

I scheduled an appointment with Melissa one week before for 9am on Facebook. The little icons shows that she seen it. I don't hear from her for confirmation, so I message her the day before my appointment. She responded back and said she didn't see my appointment request until I messaged her to confirm my appointment. She asked if I can come in at 9:45 instead. I rearrange my schedule since she was taking me later now. I didn't want her to say she couldn't do it if I said no to 9:45. I was really looking forward to my microdermabrasion with facial. So, I get there a little early because I know I would have to sign a waiver. She sent a text at 9:18 but I didn't see it since I was driving. I'm now at her shop at 9:30. She wants to move my schedule again to 10 since she's running late... Now, I'm getting irritated because she's not respecting my time as a client. Having to move my scheduled time twice now. I was debating about leaving but I've been looking forward to this. I didn't want to have to call around to see if anyone had available spots for same day.Melissa drives up at 09:58. I decided to give her a couple of minutes to get settled. I walk in and she apologized and gave me a waiver to sign. She takes me to a back room and explains to me what to do. The place is cute and smells so relaxing inside. During my treatment, Melissa was talking and asking me a lot about my culture and what I was going to do this weekend. I didn't get to relax peacefully. Don't get me wrong, she very nice and seems very sweet. But I just wanted silence and to relax. She continued to explain to me why she was late. She was picking up a package at the post office :/ (why couldn't she do this after my appointment??) then she was explaining to me that Covid hit her hard and that she runs the building for the owner and that one of the rooms being rented out, that Thai lady is in Vegas and hasn't come back. I wasn't trying to be rude so I did respond and talk to her. Then she said I needed to find someone for a massage because I had so many knots. She said she's been doing this for 6 years. After I was finally done (50 mins), I felt like my face was pretty smooth and clear but it still had some spots she could have worked on more. I was disappointed overall in time management and service. I really hoping to love this place when I booked and really wanted to be a regular at some place. But this is definitely not the place for me.

Melissa is the Skin Queen she will have you looking your absolute best in No Time! I went to her for my first Gentlemen's Facial Experience and I was blown away by her amazing service and she made me feel comfortable from beginning to end highly recommend.

Melissa was amazing, it was my first time getting a facial and i loved it she did such and amazing job with everything. I was very happy with my end results i will for sure be recommending others to check her out!

I found Melissa on Groupon about 1 year ago and have been coming to her ever since. I've been to other places but she has the best service which is why I come back. She keeps her work place very clean and professional! She also listens to my skin concerns and I can trust her advice on what I should do. I always look forward to my facial with her because she's such a joy to be around. Overall I definitely recommend her!

Amazing is all I have to say! I love how Melissa takes her time to massage my face including my neck and shoulders before doing the microdermabrasion. I had a facial done before with a different aesthetician and wasn't too crazy about it but Melissa changed my mind! I will be going in for more treatment and I recommend Melissa 100%!

Just had a really pleasing experience with Melissa getting a microdermabrasion. She was very educated and was able to walk me thru the process as we went thru it. The room smelled like eucalyptus and had a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed, would def come again!
