Dare 2 Go Bare

I've been getting waxed at Dare to Go Bare for over 4 years and would not dream of going anywhere else! I started waxing about 10 years prior to discovering this business and it is the cleanest, friendliest and highest quality choice. My appointments are always with Rachel, she is absolutely top notch at waxing and is very thorough and gentle. She makes the process as easy as possible and I honestly look forward to our monthly visits. I greatly appreciate how easy it is to schedule upcoming appointments via text. I get a prompt response and it's easy to get the day and time that works for me. The business is cheery, cute and very clean. I can't say enough nice things about it and would recommend it to anyone who wants quality service. 10 out of 10!

I been coming here for years . This past week I came to my regular monthly appointment and the business was closed. I have no idea what happen or what because I called their business number left voicemail and text message and no call back today is Saturday. If anyone knows what's going on leave a comment.

Listen to the reviews and do not come here!!! After being a member here for 4 years, I have finally cancelled my membership. Not only has the service significantly declined since reopening after the pandemic, the front desk is unprofessional and the way they handle situations is abominable. Most of their estheticians have left and it's for a reason. In the past year, there has been multiple times my appointment has been last minute rescheduled to the point where it gets pushed to the next month and services are missed (take it, services are automatically charged the 1st of each month, whether you receive your service or not). Last week, my appointment was cancelled on the spot when I went to check in (they had sent me a text cancelling my 2pm appointment at 1:56 pm when I was walking through the door). They offered to reschedule my appointment for this week, however, the new appointment was never actually put in the books. I text the salon to confirm my supposed appointment so I wouldn't have to waste my time driving there today, the day of my reschedule, where I was informed I didn't actually have an appointment. I sent screenshots and reminded them I had requested to cancel my membership starting July, in person and via email, where they asked me to confirm the email I had sent this request to. We came to a resolution and Cecilia (front desk) still text me later on asking me, again, about the situation and claiming I had no showed an appointment (that was also a reschedule with text proof), where I had to YET AGAIN explain myself, send screenshot proof (seriously, if you decide to come here, keep all text evidence), and exhaustingly argue for the second time in the day. I felt the need to ask for proof that my card was refunded and that my membership was actually cancelled so I wouldn't have to be questioned about this situation yet again next month. It makes me sad that the service has deteriorated so terribly because they had so many excellent estheticians at one point and this was always the place I recommend to my friends and now I can't say I would recommend this place to anyone.

So I've never had a brazillian wax before, so you start asking your friends their experiences. My friends would tell me it's so painful the first time but gets better and better each time. So I walk in scared, I meet my waxer Bianca. She was so nice and put me at ease. It wasn't painful at all. Some tender spots but very tolerable. I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside was they don't answer the phones always. I was able to reach them via text message though.

Horrible! The owner called me to my cell phone after I reviewed this & texted me JUST STRAIGHT UP HARRASING ME. FIRST off I was exceedingly kind to this business OVERLY. When covid hit they texted me on my cell phone if they could continue to charge this was in March 2020, because I want to support small businesses I said ok sure,as they ensured me that later they'd make it up with either products or services. Well they did not open up until the summer time (around that). Then they provided services for about 2 or 3 months up until November. They never made up anything they said they do... then they upped the price to 45 dollars, and kept charging my visa card in December & on. I had to call Bank of America, I spoke to the fraud department which investigated it & reimbursed me. Why because this business failed to provide services, the phone number they have online they don't answer, they have different numbers they use. I had to go through the trouble if going without a visa card. & this lady Valerie has the ODASITY to call me upset on my cellphone from this review saying that I failed their contract? Really! The contract never said I be ripped of & that I'd have to give a monthly payment for free, NO THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT.in a period of a day or less I've been-called, texted on my phone & also messaged on here.This is a shame. I feel so harassed & my privacy so invaded. Really what us nect from this business. They also messaged me that they were going to charge me a late fee ! This Is awful. The nerve! just save yourself this headache & the harassment of these ppl.

I finally found a great waxing place in Fresno. Brazilian waxes are so uncomfortable, personal and embarrassing. I mean think about it, this person will be looking at your private areas so one has to really feel comfortable to want to go back. I'm not only going back, I decided to become a member. I no longer have an excuse to be hairy and I'd like to encourage you ladies and gentlemen to go be hair-free.Update: I love this place. There isn't excuse to be hairy. Especially with the awesome and very friendly Waxers here. Don't hesitate, nobody wants hairy swamp ass so go take care of yourself.

D2GB is the best and i recommend them to all my friends. i started coming here in February, i had never been waxed before so i was definitely nervous but my first experience was everything and more. i've now had three waxes there. the salon is so cute and the girls at the front desk are always sweethearts. they are also very good with scheduling, they'll work with your schedule. Rachel is THE BEST!! i've been going to her since my first wax and she never lets me down. she does a very thorough job. she makes sure she gets every hair and she's gentle! she's so sweet and makes sure you're comfortable at all times. i cant say enough great things about her. i look forward to coming here to get waxed every month. a little bit of pain is worth the great results.

I've Been a dare doll going on 6 yrs && there's no other place I'd trust w/ this beauty !!! Jacqueline is the best !!! She always cools my skin down w/ a cooling wand after my wax! She's fast, accurate, & fun!!! Tiffany & Jada are great receptionists!!! They always have an awesome attitude!! If you're looking for a personable, intimate, fun, & comfortable vibe to get your kitty pretty DARE 2 GO BARE IS THE PLACE!!!

Solely based on professionalism and time managementI should have regarded the other reviews on this issue. Thought that since I officially got an initial response from someone that all was well. Wrong. Like the others, I received the notifications, even the 15 mins till your appt one. I arrived 15 mins prior thinking I'd have to fill out paperwork or screening if some sort. Ring the doorbell, no answer. Wait about 8 mins. Ring again, still nothing. Decide to wait till it's closer to my actual appt time. Long story short, after txting another number with no response, and more ringing i oh f the doorbell I leave. That's more than 15 mins after my official appt time. Finally receive a txt back. So disappointed in the exchange. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment via text and was given their availability. I went ahead and selected my preferred time, and received a text saying I'm all set. Leading up to my appointment, I also received automated texts regarding my appointment. I confirmed those as well.The day of my appointment, I show up 15 minutes early and the door is locked, the lights are off, and no one is responding to my calls or texts. What a shame.I took time off work and drove out of my way to come get my wax done. Why confirm appointments if you forget to even service your clients?Very unprofessional. Learn to respect people's time. I'll be taking my services elsewhere
