3/15/24Chicken Tikka Masala ordered spicy with rice, Roti & samosas ordered. The worker had a difficult time speaking fluent English, but was nice & apologized. It worked out. He said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I went in to get it shortly later. The worker was kind and the order was ready! Paid for it & left.Lunchtime! Order split. Samosa was Really DELICIOUS! Great dude sauces too! Chicken Tikka Masala was Great! Nice spicy flavor & really great with the rice included! Roti or? Not sure if it was that. Tasted like a garlic naan & it was still good. Think that was the minor language barrier. Plus, I have leftovers! Mother said hers was Great & I picked the right place. We looked at many Indian restaurants. Good service & Great lunch! Highly recommended!

Very surprised by the fantastic authentic taste of the dishes. The malai kofta abd the aloo parata were delicious.I recommend this place for a takeout!

Food was great. Actually had a bit of spice in the Tika masala so I was happy. Nothing hot but delicious. Wanted to try the fish but menu doesn't list what kind it is. I'll definitely be back. Guy who serves you and takes your order seems serious or like he's mad but I'm sure it's just how he carries himself. As long as you don't expect amazing service, you'll be happy....remember...if the food is great..who cares about service

We stopped for chai and samosa. They were both great! Nothing like chai and samosa after a long drive. The people at the store very very nice and friendly. We loved the chai, it had a masala flavor unlike most other places. The ambiance is basic, nothing fancy but the prices are very reasonable. We did not get to try anything for dinner but they had a full menu. Next time we'll give it a shot.

Food was superb. Very low-key dining but worth it. In a strip mall with limited seating. Pricing is reasonable.

We have ordered take out three times from Daana Paani and have been impressed by the consistency in flavor and quality. Our favorite dishes are the Baigan de bharta, vege biriyani, butter chicken, cholle bhatture, garlic naan and allo gobi. The vege biriyani is one the best biriyani dishes I have tasted! Their vege samosas are also delicious but not necessarily my favorite (I prefer a crispier texture). They are great with honoring our mild spice request, something that other Indian restaurants miss the mark on. We have only ordered take out so our experience with service is limited to the register. It does seem like we might have been overcharged the last time but this is also on us for not taking notice before we left;we will definitely double check the charges the next time we order. Ambiance isn't the best but thankfully the food travels well as take out and we get to enjoy eating from the comfort of our home. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for delicious Indian food!

Love the Tika Masala Chicken! The people are always nice to there! Maybe cause I've gone so many times!

My girlfriend and I went there for the first time! Super bomb good! We're gonna go back for sure next time we go to Yo Se Mite!!

Hi there. So I'm not one to write reviews, but oh my goodnsss I had to come on here to share. Daana Paani is the best Punjabi style food you could ever have. Now I will say stick to pretty generic orders with food that isn't Mexican. When it comes to the menu: I stick to the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Now with that being said: this is the best I have ever had out of every Punjabi cuisine restaurant that I've been to. And we're talking all over Fresno + LA. Hands down my favorite place. I will go out of my way to pick up dinner, and the drive alone is 30 min from where I live. It is worth it every. single. time. Not to mention, their food is surprisingly cheap? Two orders of either or (butter chicken, chicken tikka) with two side of rice and two sides of garlic naan will "set you back" about 30 bucks. And the portions are relatively big. If you want a lil something sweet for dessert or just to go with your meal, I recommend their mango lassis.
