I just had the most upsetting experience with this business and the manager James Hensley. I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers to be delivered to my best friend for her birthday but when they arrived, I was very disappointed to see that they looked nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. I don't have a lot of disposable income, but I wanted to make my friends feel special because she's going through a hard time nursing her son through cancer treatment. I emailed James last night to voice my displeasure about the flowers that she received and this morning all I received back was an offer for 35% off a future order, along with a lot of excuses. I called James and politely told him that this offer was not going to be satisfactory and that I really didn't have any need to order from them again. At that point, he then began to become defensive and told me that he would issue a full refund, but would also put a note in my file that I was never allowed to order from them again. He told me that I was being rude and disrespectful, simply for telling him that I was not happy with the solution he offered. At the start of the call when things were starting to go south I did let him know that I have a PTSD diagnosis, and that communicating with him was becoming difficult. He continued to talk over me, interrupt me, and when I continued to speak, he yelled "woman" at me to get me to stop speaking and at one point when I told him I was going to write reviews, he told me I didn't know who I was speaking to and I don't know who I'm dealing with... very threatening! I am not happy to say that at this point I was so triggered that I snapped and began screaming at him, and from there the conversation declined into a screaming match between him, and I. I asked to speak with someone above him, and he refused, so my only recourse now is to post online and hope that no one has to go through this type of abusive behavior as a result of James' inability to handle conflict with customers in a respectful and productive manner. I did asked to speak with the owner of the establishment, but he refused but I've noticed that she's reply to some reviews on here so hopefully we can connect and come to a better understanding about this whole situation.I'm also waiting on my refund so I will update this review when that's complete, otherwise I do plan to file a claim with my bank.

Ordered a bouquet with roses and lilies for valentine's day. Roses started wilting within one and a half days, before the lilies had even bloomed. They only provide a 48hr guarantee for their flowers because they know they won't last an hour longer. I've had mail-delivered flowers that have lasted 4-5 days at least. Terrible quality, poor customer service, over-priced. Don't recommend.

I needed to double check my order that I just placed to make sure the happy birthday card message was added but the guy who answered the phone was super rude and told me he can't do anything. I'm pretty upset by the customer service.

Flowers are beautiful but my arrangement came in a scratched vase. I was told because it's been delivered and in my possession that I wouldn't be given even a partial refund. How is it my fault the delivery person dropped off a damaged vase? My only option is to bring it back to them to replace the vase or take this one to the memorial service as is. This is a large, expensive arrangement and I paid for delivery and now because of lack of quality control, I have to drive it all the way back to them to replace the vase. I would have accepted them offering to deliver a new vase to me so that I'm not rushing around before a memorial service on their mess up. But that's not an option and apparently neither is a partial refund.

not happy my niece had a baby boy asked specifically blue and white flowers not what was promised and mind you a deliver fee to Kaiser birthing center I do not recommend yet I was recommended from Kaiser .

D & L provided the flowers for a celebration of life for my fiancés family. I was in charge of helping with the flowers. The service was great. Walked me though how to select the flowers and ensured they were well put together.At the celebration of life, they were so efficient that day. Easy drop off and helped put the flowers on the tables. We had multiple people comment how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you D & L for making a hard day beautiful.
