Do NOT rent from them ! Been with them for 3 years in a house and they randomly kicked us out and gave us less than a month to leave and never got any deposit back from them after we fixed up the house more than they ever did (windows ,doors ) so we ended up getting a apparment after and it was only for a year and we left the house spotless clean and and spent over 3 days fixing little stuff and just to fineses us for the hole 1500 saying we had dogs and the carpet smelled like piss when we never even had any pets and carpet was brand new we where scared to even walk ok it with shoes to make sure we had the deposit back and they took it all and on top of that the guy kyle that works with them is a lame hes the one that be marking stuff down just cuz he gets in his feelings and this hole company justs fucks u over everytime dont rent from these people there all dirt bags only nice when they tryna get u in but as soon as ur in they try and get every dime off you
