Disclaimer: I love flemings, however the service and the ambiance along with the food collectively get a 5 star review. Overall food for me this day was amazing. We ordered chicken lollipops for appetizer, my husband and I both ordered steaks, green beans and red skinned mashed potatoes. I'm more of a baked potato person but these mashers were amazing. Green beans were cooked and sautéd perfectly. Steak was juicy didn't requiere any sauce or extra butter. Host and waiter were great. For dessert we ordered banana bread pudding, wasn't a big fan bread wasn't as soft as I expected it. Would return, wish I could go now.

This place is fantastic! We picked this restaurant for our work's annual manager dinner and I was blown away.Brandon, our server, was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Jeremy at the bar was incredibly well-versed in his craft and had great suggestions.Food was amazing, for appetizers we got a charcuterie board and the chicken lollipops - all wonderful. Main courses were ridiculously good, bigger portions than other restaurants of this caliber, and with better quality. Bone marrow compound butter goes crazy, highly recommend. Atmosphere was cozy but still upscale, chairs at the table we sat at were low-back, so kind of hard to sit in but the booths looked very comfy.10/10 will absolutely come back

This was our second time here and this experience was the best! We made reservations to celebrate a birthday, however, the restaurant was pretty empty since it was a Tuesday night. We sat in the back near the bar. Our server and bartender were both very attentive and were very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. We felt like we had a very private dining experience and enjoyed every minute! Our food was absolutely delicious. The sides are huge and should be shared. We ordered a side of mashed potatoes and were shocked at how big the portion was. Our drinks were also very good and we had fun trying different things that the bartender recommended.The prices are a little higher, but are worth it for a special night out. We highly recommend visiting Cuts and enjoying a nice dinner.

I definitely recommend coming to cut steakhouse. The food was amazing. The service was perfect. We had a named Lauren. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and she definitely made sure my water was filled at all times. The ambience is the play in here is just amazing. I definitely recommend the blueberry martini and the appetizer as steak bites. My daughter loves the ice cream. everything else was so great overall 10 out of 10.

I have not eaten here. All I can say is I left a message asking if someone to call me back about a gift certificate. No one called me back so I called again. Only to be told they can't do gift certificates over the phone. I have to come in. As you can see I live in Michigan, so that's not an option. They did not seem at all concerned, or try to work something out.

We reserved a table for 12 for my moms birthday 2 weeks in advance. We were forced to put down a $300 deposit, which will go to the actual tab of our dinner. Fine.The night of the dinner comes and after we order our drinks, we are told they are out of both sirloin and ribeye......... absolutely ridiculous. The fact that you are a STEAKHOUSE named CUTS and ur out of 2 of the main cuts is ridiculous.. their excuse is that it was the sous chef's last night and he was just very unprepared.. their way of apologizing was offering us a couple free appetizers.. again, ridiculous. We go to order and THEN they tell us they only have 4 New York steaks left also. Soooooo I had a salad for dinner. I would never come back again.

The waiter was so nice but seriously the food was awful. The appetizer was so bitter I don't know if it was the tomatoes or what but my boyfriend and I both spit out the bruschetta. I ordered the 8 oz medium-well it came back red in the center (I understand it's a thicker cut but wasn't expecting red red in the center). My boyfriend ordered the 14 oz and it came back closer to medium well than what he ordered which was medium. His steak was smothered in the cold butter bone marrow and he said it tasted like butter with fat bits in it. The waiter offered us dessert and it was PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE. IT'S JANUARY and I could've sworn it tasted identical to the Costco one. The bread was the best part and not the paid for bread but the complimentary bread!!!! For how expensive the meal was, I think Texas Roadhouse cooks a better steak.

The attention to customer service here is amazing. The food was so freaking good too. Oh and the drinks were the best I have tasted in town! I loved how intimate and quiet the ambiance was. It was truly the perfect spot to celebrate an anniversary. Also, our server was sweet enough to get us dessert on him for our anniversary. Definitely coming back soon.

Been here twice and both times food was not very good. The first time was for a work dinner so our party was a bit bigger. Waitress was nice but seemed really overwhelmed. They had pork chops or tomahawks... those were the only two options at a steakhouse. I ordered the salmon entree. It was DROWNED in oil. I mean seriously an insane amount of oil was used. The appetizers were good not great nor worth the price they were asking. The second time I was here was for Valentine's Day. The ambiance they portray online is far different than the one you experience. It's really loud, they were playing love songs but the kitchen staff were playing Suicide Boys and the combination of both genres and all the guests trying to yell over it is really a buzzkill. Once again our food came out DRENCHED in oil. It was pooling into my plate, really ruined the dish. I really wanted a steak but I really didn't have the confidence that they would be able to cook it the way I prefer because the kitchen seemed chaotic. I really want to like this place but the last two times I've been it just hasn't been what we've expected. It seems that they don't do well with a full house and the food is rushed and not as great as it could be. Unfortunately I probably won't be going back for a third try.

Very good! We have been here a few times over the last year and it is always delicious. Brandon is amazing! He definitely sets the bar high for service and drinks. The ambiance is relaxing. Definitely one of our favorite spots.
