Custom Drywall Service

I asked Custom Drywall Service for a quote for some drywall, patching and texture of my main bathroom. The process was quick and efficient with the scope of work clearly understandable. The quality of the work was amazing considering what needed to be done. The team doing the work were pros doing quality work. I had cats in the house, and Custom Drywall team took extra care entering and exiting the work area. The quality and service, and the value for the price paid was awesome.

We got 3 different areas in our house fixed. They were incredibly professional, super responsive, and did great work! We will definitely continue to use this business in the future for other areas in our house that need fixing. Thank you Matt and Jay and to the employees who came over and helped do great repairs.

Great Drywall /Ceiling guy!! I had a great experience having my ceilings redone and wanted to share this contact. (Not getting paid for this).Matt Ploy was referred to us by David Swaim, who is a fabulous contractor. His workmen came in wearing masks, taking safetyprecautions. Cleaned up nicely. He was fast, communicated with us every step of the way, answered our questions... I would definitely use him again.

Custom Drywall saves the day again. These winter storms took a toll on my roof and caused water damage to a wall in the garage. Before I even had the roof repaired, Matt sent his team to remove all of the damaged drywall. This helped my roofers see exactly where the leak had occured, and after I had roof work completed, Custom Drywall returned to close up and repair the wall. The job was done so well, that I can't even tell there was ever rain damage. Custom Drywall is always my Go To for drywall repair!

Matt and his team are fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, freed up time to accommodate my schedule, showed up on time, went above and beyond to do amazing work, and their price was lower than any of my other quotes. Don't bother calling anyone else. These are the guys you want to hire.

This review is not based on service. Based on their profile I'm sure they do an outstanding job. Sometimes in this business you get a quote so high it actually irks you. Got a bid over photographs which included an apartment sized bathroom less than 75 sq ft. And a bedroom wall that was 8x14. Quote said it could be up to $10,000?!?!. Thought to myself they must've gotten the wrong photos because if I were to extrapolate that, doing drywall on my 2,000 sq ft home would come to $200,000. Which is not the going rate. Simply no excuses for this as material even today is $500 on the high end. I don't know why they threw this scammy number out there. Matt mentioned "because it's Oakhurst". Possibly meaning it was far for them (even though I asked prior if they serviced this area). Either way, if you don't want to come out here just say so. Don't throw out scumball numbers in hopes that someone will bite and make it worth your while. When I asked them about the (surely) mistaken quote. I received an email back from the original quoter (Matt). "Sorry it's not in your budget". *picks jaw up off the floor. Whattttt? Actually it is in my budget, and I'm willing to pay someone well. Pretty nutty experience I must say.

We have talked and met but have not made a deal yet. A representative promptly made an appointment and measured the area in question. We discussed options and materials.

Our 1970's house needed the popcorn ceiling removed. We had put off doing it because we knew we needed somewhere to stay and it was just too much to deal with. But with a trip coming up for 5 days we knew this was our chance. They were the lowest cost of all the bids I got, and got it done during our trip so we came home to a popcorn free house. They were communicative and easy to work with.

Matt and his team where extremely professional, on time, and amazing communication. We are very happy with the openness of home now, thanks to Matt and his team!

Wonderful experience! The office got right back to me within 10 minutes, gave a quick, accurate quote, and scheduled me within the week. The drywall tech was professional and did a flawless job. Highly recommend them!
