I love Indian food and we were excited to try this place near our house. But we will never eat here again. I happily showed up to an empty restaurant only to learn that the employee had no idea that I had made an order. I was told that I ordered at their other location on Blackstone and that I should drive across town to get my food. (I was at their West location.) I decided to call before driving over. The employee at the Blackstone location also had no idea what I was talking about and told me to go back inside and that they would make it for me where I was. He then called the West location and called me back and said that they had my order at the Blackstone location. I was understandably very irritated at this point. I drove across town, went in and told the two employees I was there for my Yelp order. They looked at me like I was crazy. I restated the details, including two calls to their location AND showed them my emailed receipt. Still deer in headlights. One guy eventually asked me to sit down and wait for 5 min. No apologies. No explanations. About 15 min later they called me over (without using my name) and had my food. One employee finally apologized but that was it. Now if the food was amazing, I might have increased my star rating, but the food was just fine. And I had asked for everything to be mild and only one item ended up meeting that description. I will never eat here again and if you choose to, I encourage you to eat in the restaurant or call to confirm your order.

9/4/23 Getting lunch! Chicken Tikka Masala made spicy with rice, Tava mushrooms, garlic naan and samosas. The worker said they didn't have the mushrooms and that it would be ready in 15 and called back shortly later saying l they will have the mushroom available if we were willing to wait 20 minutes. Not a problem! I went in to pick it up. The restaurant is very nice! Seating to eat inside and outside. TVs on the walls. Clean & safe! Greeted by a nice worker upon entering and the order was ready and waiting. I was the only person in there. Paid for the order with good day wishes! Lunchtime! Split up.Chicken Tikka Masala was Great! Tender with a delicious sauce and really tasty spice! Tava mushrooms were Great too! Delicious and fill of flavor! Garlic naan was rice was fresh and tasty with nice garlic flavor! Veggie samosa was Really Great! Flavorful with a nicr crunch and the sauces that came with it were delicious too! Great spicy kicks! Mother said hers was Great. She said it tasted fresh & the spice was just right! Great, delicious lunch with lots of leftovers! Easily another meal! Good service too! Highly recommended!

The food was outstanding. It's been awhile since I've had Chicken Tikka Masala that was this good. The sauce thick & rich. The plain rice, was anything but. It was cooked with cardamom pods & caraway seeds. So fragrant. This is not a fine dining experience unless you are attending an event in the banquet hall. You order at the counter. I will be craving this again soon, it was that good.

Probably the best Indian food in Fresno. The portions are also so generous. Price vs portion, can't beat it. The right amount of spice too, love it.

I've went there multiple times and the food wasn't ready when they said it would be. I drive there because I'm notified I can get the food, and they tell me it's going to be another 20 minutes. One time I was notified my order was ready, I go there and they claimed they never got the order. Lies. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been to this several times and they used to deliver but lately have had so many disappointing experiences from the server taking incorrect order, to the people cooking the food that can be seen eating in the kitchen while actively cooking food, once i ordered food for a party and they gave me a party size tray of gravy with kofta's that were missing from the gravy. The service from the wait staff is poor, lacks professionalism and they don't believe in being uniformed. Good quality has gone down significantly over time and the kitchen is a filthy mess to the point I stopped looking towards the back and now will never come back to this place after about the 10th time they messed up my order between missing the order or completely giving me the wrong item and or the wrong size. I had the waiter repeat my order like 3 times only to arrive and he had all the food in smaller containers while I had guests waiting to eat at home that had just arrived from England, then he proceeded to argue and tell me I was wrong with how I placed the order even thought when I asked him to repeat my order he had repeated it correctly. Frustrating and unprofessional.
