Cool dispensary, very welcoming customer service from everyone there, even security! They have strong security measures. Security sits outside and checks you in before you go inside and do another check-in process to get buzzed inside. Once inside, it's very upscale looking. They have displays all over of different product they offer and have 5 digital tables that allow you to put a product in the slot, and the tablet attached to the table will break down all the pricing for you, down to taxes and all! Def worth the stop!

Great service and great selection. The prices are decent too. They got a good selection on prerolls too.

Was passing by from the freeway 99 figured I give them a shot and the helped about 6 people that where there after me. Don't waste your time. I let the front desk know they said go somewhere else very rude and unprofessional

The staff is amazing!My friend and I used to stop in at least once a week.However the last couple of months the inventory has gotten pretty thin. Then they changed systems. First time everyone came back they got the 30% new customer discount - which was nice. However, I used to get the neighbor discount - but when I went back tonight, I no longer get it. What? This may have been my last visit because with other companies in town that do give discounts - and some of which have a lot more inventory, it will be worth it for me to drive to save the money and have way better selection.As great as the staff is, the higher price and less selection isn't really worth it any more.Sorry to say.

Can you please update your website and stank attitudes at the front checkin. Lol I waited came back and get attitude for utilizing your website you have online. Mr. Greenthumb it is. Crazy I live 3 blocks away and will travel to Tower to get good service. No longer a customer and have points.

The one and only time I've gone here I tried giving this very unenthusiastic employee exact change instead of just straight cash and he said no it's okay and broke my bills after I told him that I had the exact change on me. I thought that was so unprofessional that the employee wanted to decide how I used my money. Not only that, I just saw a video of the manager throwing things to an employee he just fired and called him slurs. This place sucks and doesn't have deals. Dr Greenthumb in tower is the best. Go there instead

This is an Amazing place! Clean facility, great prices, quick & easy ordering not to mention the staff are just top tier great people. I would totally recommend this place over and over again.

Every time I come they are super friendly and helpful! The front receptionist is super nice and welcoming ! Even the bud tenders are super fast and efficient
