CT Event Rental

We use CT Event Rentals as our vendor for various events that we cater. They are very professional and everything that they rent out is in pristine condition! We are very happy with their service!

We used CT Event Rental for our June 10th wedding and we absolutely loved the look! We rented from them to create our "bar". The two white bars, gold shelves, and tables worked perfectly to give our bar a classy look and a real bar feel. CT delivered on time and as communicated and picked up in a timely manner as well. They were so easy to work with, we simply ordered online and paid by card. They have so many other items to rent aside from furniture and I wanted to add so much more but I was trying really hard to stay in budget. I'd definitely consider using them again for future events!

Barbie Carpenter at Charming Treasures Event Rental was amazing and took her time to understand what my vision was for my baby shower and executed it perfectly. She provided all the furniture, decorations, and props. She helped with placement and really went above and beyond the call of duty. Her rentals were in fantastic condition and I am so happy that I went with her recommendations. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family. Thank you again for making my special day even more special

Barb was amazing to work with when planning my wedding. She was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had or changes I needed. Her prices were more than fair and the items she has in her warehouse are so dreamy! I recommend CT Event to every bride I know, anyone planning an event, and anyone reading this :) Such a great experience!!

I'm not the type of person to post negative reviews, but my experience with this company was terrible.I rented about 30 brass candle holders from this company for my wedding. The wedding took place on Saturday, December 4th and I was supposed to return the candle holders on Sunday, December 5th. The company called me and requested that I turn them in on Monday because it worked better for them. I agreed to turn them in on Monday. On Monday, December 6th the rental company called and asked if I could drop the items off at a different address. We had agreed that I would return them to their office where I picked the items up from, but during the call they told me that no one would be in the office. I looked up the new address they provided, and it was a 30-minute drive outside of town. I am using my lunch break from work to return the items and I told them that I wouldn't have time to go that far. Furthermore, the address they wanted me to deliver the items to is their private residence. This is completely unprofessional. However, this is not why I am upset. I am frustrated because of the way the owner treated me when I spoke to her on the phone. She told me that no one has ever had a problem with her requests before and that it's ridiculous that I'm not willing to accommodate her. She then continued to say things to patronize me and bully me. I am writing this review because at face value this company seems legitimate and professional, but in actuality this is the party rental company from hell.Additionally, the rental company contacted my wedding venue and asked if they could leave the candle holders there because they had another client setting up at that location the next day. My contract with this rental company stipulated that they would not contact my wedding venue. My wedding venue was frustrated that the rental company reached out because we agreed to have only one point of contact. This party rental company has caused a tremendous number of problems for me in a short time and I only rented a few items from them.Everyone that I spoke to advised me not to use this company, but I did not heed their advice. Please heed my advice and take your business elsewhere. I am still basking in the happiness of my marriage and then this company decided to make me feel like a terrible person because I wouldn't jump through hoops to return their items. A contract exists for a reason and the terms of the contract need to be followed. It is unprofessional to bully clients and to request different drop off times and locations. Also, if the contract stipulates that rental company won't contact the wedding venue then there needs to be no contact between the two entities.I've dulled this review down because I feel like it's not appropriate to list all the rude things that were said to me. Your wedding should be one of the happiest moments of your life and I guarantee that it won't be if you use this rental company.
