Crystal Barn

So let's talk about it . The previous reviews vs my experience. I know .. I know.. The last thing I ever want to do is get crystals from a place with such negative reviews - especially if the owner's spirit is allegedly not good..but my life has shifted direction and cautiously I went to visit. You know... I had a great time. Jessie was my energy guide and she helped me along to figure out what I needed. As aforementioned - it is a time of change and clarity for me so I had to get some stones .. too much foolery going about. Sigh .. $85+ later. I'm guessing who people are speaking about was the other woman who was mature in age. She didn't seem friendly at all. I don't think she even looked me in the face one time. But this review is for Jessie and the energy and knowledge she brought me. Thank you Jessie. And the other woman for helping Jessie even if you seemed not inviting. Thank you too.

Wasn't sure what to expect, considering the reviews. Decided to see for myself, and check out the crystal selection. There is quite the variety-good selection for a Central Valley store. But if you know much about crystal prices, you'll see that a lot are overpriced. A few decent deals here and there, but I'm not paying $25 for a one inch amethyst moon. Be careful and know the value of what you're looking for. And then there was the workers?? Such weird energy. 3 women behind the counter, eyeballing all the customers so oddly? It was very strange. You could hear them complaining about things and giving the impression that they really didn't want to be there. And THEN we noticed many items from closed practices being sold. White sage, palo santo...you know how it is with metaphysical shops. Seeing those, being displayed with no mention of who/where they're being sourced from, combined with the very negative energy of the 3 workers there, is enough to make me not want to return.

Not sure why the bad reviews, but I went in today and was greeted almost immediately (I probably looked lost). I was interested in a Reiki session and tarot card reading and Brandi was able to accommodate both! Lots of beautiful gifts. Everyone that was working was super friendly. I would love to learn more about the items they sell (another day). Regarding my services, Brandi took the time to explain. I have had Reiki in the past (15 years ago) and it was as excellent as I remembered. Thank you Brandi and everyone working today. I'll be back.

I love this place! The vibe here is always positive! I meditate every day and the smells of the incense and essential oils takes me away from the outside traffic of anger and hate. If your looking for inner peace this place will help guide you to find yourself. I love the crystal assortments too! The employees are always helpful if you know what you're looking for.. I see a lot of negative reviews but I really don't get them. Maybe these people giving negative reviews need to meditate more. LOL

My wife loves the items in the store and try to support local. I went into buy some stone bracelets for valentines day. I had no clue what they were. So I asked front desk associate what each bracelet does and that I was searching for something for anxiety. I dont know her name but will update it later. Her response was surprisingly rude.. I quote, "I'm way too busy to sit here and go over all these bracelets with you." As she checked out 1 customer and sat there while the only sales associate Brandi took the time to explain them to me. The only reason I bought them was because of Brandi and my wife had been wanting them for awhile. We support local businesses as much as possible, even accepting higher costs when necessary but I refuse to accept peoples rude behavior. Won't be shopping there anymore. But goodluck

I found what I needed here. Lots of variety of products. During holiday they offered clients some cookie treats, which is nice.

As much I want to love this place... I really got bad vibes here to the point where I was getting nauseous and hot. Everything was over priced but the crystals were beautiful. I didn't get much good customer service or help. I just hope this business can improve on this.

Lots of cultural appropriation. Oddly conservative for a metaphysical shop. Literally the worst vibes I've ever gotten from a store like this. A friend of mine said they were racist to her as well, I'm white so that is not my experience but I believe her 100%. I wouldn't spend my money there.

Love this place! I am not from the area but thought it would be nice to stop at a few places along my route to the retreat. This was hands down my favorite stop. I didn't even know they would have an intuitive available (Brandi Kay) for a section, but since I had the time, I jumped on the opportunity. Our section was amazing to say the least. I left with some valuable information and a new friend. Before I left, I also had to pick up a few gems. Their selection of jewelry is quite nice too. Let's just say I will be back, and when I need another reading, I will give Brandi a call.

Very time I walk into this store I get disregarded. Customer service is terrible and they don't greet you at all unless you look a particular way. I get very low vibrations and just low energy from this store despite all the crystals. The store seems very money hungry and you'd think they'd at least want to ask how your day is going. I would not recommend not a good experience over all. It's the same treatment every single time. Go to ziayas or even Gary's jewelry & lapidary supplies. :)
