Cruz and Clean Car wash

Covid-19 phase: Good car wash! Greeted by a nice masked worker and asked to choose which wash I wanted. From there I chose that $9 one. I paid for it and went around where 2 workers scrubbed Sam good before going into the main wash. It was great! Then I drove around to vacuum him out. He's all clean and it was overly needed for how dirty he was! Lol! Great service and great clean car! Highly recommended!

Location, location, location!This squeaky clean brand new car wash is located on the corner of herndon and Brawley at the Chevron gas station.For the basic wash it is seven dollars in the most expensive wash is I believe $14 and there are a few add-ons such as tire shine polish.Before you pull in there are two attendants sometimes one attendant that will scrub your car with a brush and a water hose before it goes through the car wash so it can be as clean as possible.The brushes in the car wash don't seem to be too invasive for my car and my car is generally very clean and less I have went several weeks without washing it it opens pretty early to around 7 AM.There are also little towels inside of the vending machine for as low as $.50 they are more like napkins and for a little bit over a dollar or two you can get a blue microfiber lint free cloth that dries spectacularly.There are other things available in the vending machine to help with the cleaning and drying and polishing cars.I've been here many times I have even purchased the monthly pass in the summertime it is very handy just to ride and shine or shall I say clean and cruise.

I had a car wash 6/29/21, and the cover to my sensor in the top of the car (looks like a shark fin) snapped off. The tech on duty immediately came to me and brought the piece, and took my claim info. He said I would be contacted in 72 business hours. With the holiday approaching, I waited a week, just to give them time. No call-no email. I sent an email via the website 7/9/21 and received a call within the hour from "Nate" a manager at the location. Unfortunately, they sent a boy to do a man's job. Nate advised that the company uses a body shop in Sanger for any damage claims. I explained that I live across the street from the milburn location, and asked the customary process for transport and transportation while my car was being assessed and serviced. I explained to Nate that he would have to order the part from the dealer (I already researched). He replied that transport was my responsibility. I reminded him that his business damaged my car. He decided to check with his manager. Nate called back and stated that I could call in a claim to my auto insurance carrier. I stopped him and asked why would I create a personal claim, risking my rates. Nate responded "I'm trying to do you a favor and help you out..."Wow! I think he really believed that. I feel like it's much faster now to get into car wash and they even bring you the towel, wipe and car freshener to your car right before entering car wash. I always come now because I have a monthly membership and I love a clean car!!

Quick service, lights inside the wash are cool. They need new brushes inside the wash, they left streaks all over my car. There were some spots that didn't even look washed. Still tons of dirt on the car, dryer sucks, water leaves spots even if you only let it sit for a couple minutes while parking. Soap was still on the car when I parked in the vacuum area. Vending machine for car care goods doesn't work. Forgot my towel and tried to get a new one, took my money and gave me nothing. Otherwise quick, can't complain for $9 but would have at least appreciated the car being washed and no leftover soap. Ended up going somewhere else after to have the car redone. Q

I am new to this car washing thing... I used to wash my car myself before, but now that I change my place of living, I no longer can.My car was very very dirty. Let's say, driving back and forth from the Bay area did not help: bugs, dirt, etc. I decided to go for the best car wash - $12. It comes with an air freshening wafer, microfiber cloth and a dashboard wipe. The wash itself was maybe 3-4 minutes, and the results left much to be desired. Although, I must say, for a 3 minute wash, the machines did an okay job. Still, my tire caps were dirty and so was my hood. To add to that, the microfiber cloth was cut by the car wash itself, hence it was fraying from the edges leaving my windshield nicely covered with lint. Does not this defeat the purpose of a microfiber cloth? Maybe it's just me.I guess for a quick rinse I might still take my car there, but literally to remove Fresno dust.

I finally bought myself a new car and I was very excited to start a membership here. I came in and paid for my monthly and was ready to go when the salesperson Aaron R. Told me I had to place two stickers on my car. I told him I would place the sticker inside my door but not on the windshield, because frankly no one wants stickers on their brand new car that they worked very hard for. Aaron was not very nice and said fine I'm cancelling your membership. I informed him I have a few friends who don't place the sticker on their windshield and Aaron was very rude when he said, "Well they should have their membership cancelled too." At the end of the day, it is my money and I wouldn't spend it at a place that treats me like that. I called ride and shine wash and the lady was very sweet and told me to come in and she will show me the sticker for them isn't too bad and she empathized with my concerns.I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I will tell my friends and family to take their hard earned money somewhere that will appreciate them.

So convenient this new one is here because I go to GB3 and get my car wash after. Before I had the 20$ a month membership but canceled because I wasn't going as much but I just activated it again and now it's only 12$ a month! SCOREthe guys here are really cool also. They give you a lot of respect and also the manager here is awesome as well because he remembers me even from before! My only hope is they come up with a membership that can have 2 cars under it or multiple cars because I don't want to have 2 separate memberships for 2 separate cars. I asked an employee about this but he said they are working on something because a lot of people ask. Sweet can't wait to see what they come up withI would highly recommend coming here also because the blowers really dry your car compared to other places they don't work that well like the one on Bullard and palm. This place sucks car is only half wash and the other half looks like $hit !!! Never again!!!!!

Do not go to the car wash I noticed a few scratches last time and there are two huge scratches this time I went to the car wash I had bought a monthly pass and I honestly never intend to go here ever again!!!
