Crumbl - Sunnyside

Ordered online and picked up here. Order was ready when I arrived. Be sure to click "I'm here" a few minutes before you get there. Small shop typical for Crumbl. Was not crowded. Got the brookie which was good and the frozen cookie dough bites which were just ok. Service was fine. Parking in the shopping plaza. Convenient to the 180.

I ordered before I started my trip to the store to pick up the cookies. Checked in and they came out with the cookies in less than 2 minutes! Great service! The cookies were warm too! Because it's irresistible, my husband and I have a tradition of eating 1 cookie on the way home We didn't go inside but the place was empty and clean!

Edited: I did email the Sunnyside Crumbl and received a reply from Oscar stating the cakes are always packaged with the cookies and this is the first time this has ever happened. THAT is impossible but it might be the first time someone complained. He did offer a free butter cake when we return so he clearly missed the point of the cream melting onto other cookies. Anyway, no need for a free cake as we won't return to this particular location because they missed the mark all around for us and we were embarrassed that this was the dessert we shared with our company lastnight. We ordered via the app and I sent my son to pick our order up. The worker couldn't find an order under my name so they had my son call me to see if I was sure I ordered from the Sunnyside location. Yes, I was sure. So I sent screenshots of the order. Eventually they thought to look under my phone number and found it. This was only an inconvenience but it seems logical to look under the phone number before you question the customer. What was disappointing about the purchase/visit is they put the butter cake which has been heavily advertised and is served warm in the box with the 5 cookies. It was 100* outside so when my son got home with the order (we only live a mile away) the scoop of cream they put on top of the cake had melted and and gotten on some of the other cookies. It was pretty gross and I'm still trying to understand why the cake wasn't boxed separately. Seems like common sense to me.

Great service here and the cookies are always poppin here at this location. There is a great cleanliness to this store aswell.

I've tried these cookies so many times and I absolutely hate them. It's fun seeing all the cool flavor combinations. They are pretty. I just don't like uncooked raw cookie dough. I know a lot of people do. I just don't. Yuck! I wish they'd make some cookies that were completely baked.

I really like the cookies however this location is never good. The workers seem overwhelmed or something. If the cookies is supposed to be warm it's never warm or if it's supposed to be cold it's just room temp most of the time. I recommend the Herndon location in Clovis.

Hair cooked into cookie !! Absolutely disgusting had to throw them all away since I couldn't stomach eating any of the other ones

I placed a preorder 1-2 days before pickup time. When I went to go pick up the cookies, they were not ready and they were also sold out of some of the ones I ordered. They had to make 1 of the cookies and said it would take 10 minutes, but that turned into 40 minutes! They had difficulty with refunding me for one of the pies that were sold out. The cookie they made ( cosmic brownie) was flat and there was very little frosting that was just put in the middle and did not look as advertised. This is not the first time I have had this type of experience with this particular Crumbl location and I will not be visiting this location again. I would think that they would look at their preorders and make sure they have the cookies available since it was ordered ahead of time.
