The cookies are good and delicious! Have loved all of the flavors we have tried! The best is the snickerdoodle.

Been going here for past Several Owners...This last experience - All frozen or Processed food...Pot Roast was like a T.V. dinnerMeat is fatty obviously from Restaurant sales supplier...$12.99 for Desert - Frozen box Left it on the plate...Avoid if you can way better choices Two People $64.00So Disappointed - The only good part is there is always a place to sit - since nobody goes back twice.Owners - Sacrifice some profit for quality ingredients. Expensive prices does not make up for poor food...Its too bad - Servers are Super though - Just another business fighting inflation and Fresno Over Regulation...

We went here while waiting to get seated for the restaurant down the way.. was too hungry and had the munchies lol. We was parked right in front of it and the smell was getting to me. We go inside and was greeted. Homegirl helped us out. It was Valentine's Day so they had vday theme cookies.. I don't care for sprinkles so that's what it looked like. Ended up with just two chocolate chips and one strawberry mini cake (so good!), and a chocolate molten lava cookie u supposed to enjoy warm. We saved that for our son. I never got to try it. But the other two was Good, not overly sweet. The 4pk for the big cookies I think was $17.99... that's like $4.50 a cookie. Maybe even a lil more since there's tax. Lowkey expensive.

My daughter and I were at Barnes & Noble. Last time we were there she remembered we had a cookie at their SB cafe so she had asked if she can have a cookie. I had a Crumbl $10 rewards and told her we'd get a cookie else where. First time at this location. It was almost noon when we arrived. I went to the front to check their cookies on display and had her pick out what she wanted. Then went on their kiosk to order. I was conflicted whether to get the mini one or their giant cookies. Ended up getting their giant cookies in Banana Bread Cookie, Confetti Cake Cookie, Macadamia Nut, Milk Chocolate Chip. Our order was done in a bout 2mins. One of the workers called my name and showered me the box of fresh warm cookies. Crunchy on the edges and, soft and doughy in the center. The banana bread cookie was a new flavor that I tried during this visit and it tasted like banana bread, really good. Overall it was fast service but the kiosk and counters needed a wipe down.

Crumbl is always a great treat with great taste. The Toffee cake special was very good, however there were minimal toffee pieces on top which isn't typical. We got a six pack of minis for our neighbors but when we got home and i looked at them we realized we couldn't give to them. The sizes are all different and the 4 peanut butter don't even look like the same cookie. Looks like a "newbie" trying to decorate. We'll have to get the neighbors something else but the taste was still ok even though not the quality you normally see from Crumbl. The girl that gave them to my wife showed her the cookies n walked away without saying thank you, would you like a bag, or get lost, nothing. A different experience tonight for sure.

Yum! Talk about a good cookie! Stopped in one evening after dinner at the Mexican restaurant there for dessert cookies. They weren't busy when we were there and service was good. Nice employees there. My choice was the pink sugar cookie. It was soooo good! I've stopped by a few times since that visit and discovered that the pink sugar cookie gets rotated in and out of availability. In my opinion, it should be their signature cookie! Cute little shop with a kiosk to place your order at. A bit pricey, but hey, we're all worth it, right?!

Tha Bess!!! The people are nice too. Always quick and clean store. Not every cookie is a hit but most are.

App was very easy to use. My team loves Crumbl cookies will definitely be coming back and ordering again.

I had curbside picked up an order tonight and the black lady that had brought my order out dropped one of our boxes of cookies on the ground, picked it up, threw it in the car, said "have a nice night" and walked away. Didn't even ask for a name for the order or anything. I was expecting her to at least make sure it wasn't broken or anything but nope. Customer service gives this place a 1 for me.

I spent $45 for a few cookies.Got them for my wife. Only reason I'd pay $45 on something as simple as cookies and I only receive 5 or 6 of them. My wife doesn't really care for sweets so when she had a few bites and was ready to toss them I just thought she was just being her normal self. F**k NO! These cookies are terrible! For $45?! PEOPLE! You guys support the worst foods! Raisin canes, Dutch bros, Rallies, Starbucks, now this! People go to McDonalds. Get a set of chocolate chip cookies for $13 and the chocolate stays gooey warm or cool and the cookie stays soft. Idk man I can't believe I'm batting for McDonalds. Look I want people to thrive where ever but this is mediocre and cookies is not hard to mess up. You can get a steak and eggs breakfast at ihop and dennys for LESS THEN $45. If you wanna waste money BRO JUST CASH APP ME
