Crown Shortload Concrete

My backyard turned out amazing thanks to crown short load. The contractor said it was the best experience with a cement company he's ever had. Hands-down the best cement and best price I could find. The crew they sent out was very knowledgeable and you can tell they were very experienced. They came right when you wanted them to and always answered the phone.

Did our concrete work. Great job and great value. Would definitely use them for future work and recommend to others. I also appreciate people who pick up the phone. Or at least call me back yet same day. Thank you.

Antonio from Crown Short Load came out and delivered the concrete this morning. I was readily impressed he showed up on time and w/ a smile. Punctually speaks volume to a person's work ethic and how he represents his company! He also went out of his way to make sure the concrete mix didn't spill, so there wouldn't be a trail of a mess. Been working with crown for 15+ years never had a problem. Great material and service. All new equipment. Can't go wrong with Crown.

I had a very small project, .5 yards, to set a steel gate post. The person answering the phones was helpful, and the guy (Juan) who did the delivery was prompt, efficient and helpful. It's a pleasure to work with this company.

Good product but customer service is so so, they're probably used to dealing with professionals so the novice better not have any questions because then expect you to know already. Great product mixed on site which allows plenty of time to work.

Be careful of this company. They gave us a quote over the phone and then when they got here and finished pumping the concrete, it was $300 more than what they quoted us. They said there were delivery fees, gas fees, taxes and other charges they did not tell us about over the phone. We even called and talked to the Manager and nothing was done. We thought this was sneaky and we felt ripped off.

Beware! I'm the type of guy that does negative reviews but my god this company steals from customers. This is the second time they do this to me when I get a quote over phone and we finish at job site they OVER CHARGE! Please be careful! Never again will I order from here. I'm a license contractor that never had problem with other companies.
