I use to like it but now it's a low quality and low value carwash. I paid 18.99 for a hand car wash. Even tho it's by hand your car is still pulled on the chain. So, there's still potential for wheel damage. The washers don't get everything. The midline on top of my car wash totally missed. Certain spots like my door handles are missed. Rinse was horrible. Towel dry was mediocre at best. No door jam wipe. You vacuum yourself. The vacuums have only 25% suction of a normal vac. No more inside wipe down. For 5 bucks more Rodeo Car Wash does a full wash. I was denied the .40 cents off gas bc they said I went on a discount car was day. Where's that in the fine print? Heck where's the fine print? You advertise...get .40 cents off per gal with car wash. Just lost a customer.

This used to be a good car wash. I think they changed ownership and the quality went down the toilet. They never got the inside really clean and never cleaned the inside of the windows. Now they are an exterior wash only. No big loss to the community since they were so terrible before then.

Hand car wash! I had an issue with other car washes because the machines would scratch my car so I tried it out here. Firstly and most importantly... it's a hand car wash! Love that! Now be prepared to vacuum your car at home.. I don't believe they offer vacuuming services. They do offer you a car freshener. I got New Car scent and loved it, it's my favorite one! Also, they will shine your tires. This team dries everything by hand so to say it nicely.., I pull over and finish off drying the car... it is so fast paced so you can't blame them.. they do their best to dry your car properly. Overall, good service and quick wash!

Just like Red Carpet but with a hand wash! They must be doing something right because the cars I se that come here are new cars, Teslas, and luxury cars. Give them a try!

Tried Crews Magic at Willow and Nees based on the recommendation of a friend who is picky about his car care. They did a thorough job of cleaning the exterior and interior of my 2019 Corvette, and the cleaners were friendly and appeared to be professional. Their operation doesn't have the military precision of the Red Carpet operation in the area, but Red Carpet uses mechanical brush machines, which are a non starter for washing this car.

Been going to this place for few months now, wanted to switch automatic car wash with hand wash since I've seen some damages with my previous carwash. (Better to do hand wash than automatic ones!) Never had problems with their services, some are very friendly others are just so-so, (a smile would mean a lot! lol but of course you'll never know how tired they are) cleaning my car alone tires me a lot! Tip is to fill up gas, and get discounts when you choose to do the carwash and most of the time I just do the cheapest one and save it for later when my car is still clean, you can save it for 30 days! Make sure you keep the receipt! They're ceramic ones are awesome too! Lasted me a month still looking shiny. Appreciate the guys out here, one time there were dried bird poop all over my gf's car and we only bought the cheapest service yet they did their best to remove everything! Spotless! Sometimes I would buy them some drinks at the corner store while their drying my car, goes a long wayyy =)

This car wash owner is a deceitful businessman. On My Silverado The clear coat on my hood and fenders were damaged by negligence. A young worker sprayed the acid tire cleaner onto the my hot vehicle before it went through the wash. The damage was brought immediately to the staffs attention. These workers are young and inexperienced they could not provide me with any information on how to file a claim. They all agreed they had made a mistake spraying the wrong product I was ok with that and all they could provide an office phone number to file a claim. I call and was told the owner would call me He never called I have called five times since 5/21/2020This guy thinks I'm going away On Monday I'm starting a claim in Small Claims courtDO NOT USE THIS CARWASH save yourself the aggravation

They consistently do an excellent job of washing my car and I always have great customer service.

Terrible customer service. I recently had my company truck washed. I explained to the girl taking my payment, exactly what I wanted the guys to focus on, when they scrubbed my truck. When the wash was completed terribly, I asked to speak with the manager. The guy that I talked to was one of the guys that did the final hand drying. I showed him how the windshield still had debris from some bugs. I showed him the rear bumper where there was dirt residual. He arrogantly told me that they were doing me a favor by allowing my big truck to go through their carwash. He said they don't use scrub brushes. These guys apply no real pressure when they use the lathered towels. Needless to say I will not return. It's a waste of money. Avoid the business.

Windows dirty dash was dirty after I left I haven't even looked at outside or back But the dash is enough to not make me wanna come back
