Creative Tile

After hitting up all of the major tile and flooring places in Fresno (Emser, Daltile, Flooring Liquidators, Lowe's, Home Depot) I was just done. One of the stores we went to mention the Creative Tile showroom behind Mercedes and BMW. THANK GOD we stopped here! I was ready to settle with a mediocre tile from Home Depot. I couldn't understand why no one offered a 3x12 or 4x12 great floor tile. I guess it's very specific In any case, Christina was our savior. She talked us off the ledge of commuting to a mediocre tile. Creative tile had over 30 different tiles in the size we wanted. They also offer a variety of textures. Seriously though, I'm so happy we stopped here. I finally got the tile I had been hoping to find! It was a one stop shop, too. We picked up grout, thin set, and spacers. FYI, they do have to order the tile. So expect 3-5 business days.

The staff is absolutely the best! Very knowledgeable and friendly! The showrooms are gorgeous! So much to choose from! I can't imagine anyone looking for something and not being able to find it here! Great place!

This place is absolutely stunning inside and I feel like it's truly one of Fresno's hidden gems. It is family owned and operated, and everyone inside is so nice and helpful. Their selection of gorgeous tile and flooring options is amazing, and they even have porcelain countertops. Would absolutely recommend Creative Tile to anyone looking!

Website lacks on all accounts. Slow. search results brainless: who wants a thousand results for specific search (on every search).For the prices it's not worth it for the online shopping. A Better and more trusting experience online will get me in the store.

Nice, bewildering, selection of materials including HUGE slabs of porcelain marble for your broom closet or bathroom. Whether you're doing a throne room or an entry, the options are vast. Staff seems friendly and easy to work with. I found some nice travertine here for my hearth/fireplace remodel in progress. Apparently it the same stuff the Roman Coliseum is made out of. And we all know there's a two thousand year plus warranty on wear....The selection runs the gambit with simple or super lux complicated options. It's fun to visit but be careful what you choose as it will be essentially cast in stone!-G

Well, I've just been a spectator tagging along with my hubby when I've been to Creative Tile, but here goes. Nice location in NW Fresno, north of Herndon and just west of Palm. The hubby loves that they open early during the week, so if he needs something on the way to a job he can stop on his way. Every time he's been in, they've always had what he was needing. Friendly and helpful staff, too.

Very large, sprawling showrooms with (hundreds? thousands?) of samples to select from; enough to be become confusing. Probably thanks to the Pandemic, they seem understaffed (long waits to be attended in the showrooms and at the counter). We ordered a sample of our tile to keep (rather than borrow), but the piece that arrived was not even close to the design we had chosen. Took over 2 weeks to get it straightened out and the sales person never called to notify us of any progress or delay; it was on us to keep checking in. By the time the correct tile arrived, we had moved on to another vendor. The staff seems personable and knowledgeable, but organization and follow through was lacking. 'Twas a shame; we usually prefer dealing with local independent businesses and our experience here in 2010 was much better.

The staff at Creative Tile are very warm and attentive and went out of their way to help me find the bathroom tile I specifically wanted.Christina was ESPECIALLY WONDERFUL after our bathroom remodel project was interrupted following a mishap (elsewhere) with our quartz countertop!She contacted a number of other businesses in order to help me replace the quartz so the rest of our remodel could continue. Thanks to Christina, our remodel is back on schedule! Christina also helped me with my entire tile order which beautifully complements ourcountertop. Creative Tile in Fresno is an outstanding company. I am an interior designer/tile contractor out of Boise, ID. Last November I bought a great deal of floor tile from them. Unfortunately, I had problems with the shipping company. This was in no way their fault, but they went over and above with customer service to make things right for my company. I had a big tile remodel at our house. I visited every single tile store in the Fresno area. They have the biggest tile selection of any store in the area. Christina helped me fine tune the design and look we were looking for. She has an excellent eye for design. I have had to go back for more tile on a few occasions and everyone is always friendly and acknowledges you quickly.
