I hesitate to get my nails done usually because of high prices but when I do I expect decent customer service and LASTING nails. I was on vacation visiting family and decided to treat my mother. Sadly my gel manicure which was a very basic style Lasted ONE day although I was told it would last at least 2 weeks.I do not recommend spending money at this salon. There is no ventilation so all you are smelling is nail polish removal and I spent over $200 on my and my mothers nails for them to last ONE DAY. Customer service from Vanessa (I believe the owner) left me uncomfortable as she gave me attitude when I tried to reassure her kindly that it was not my intention for her husband to make her feel rushed when he asked her if she received my $80 Venmo payment. Her husband is a kind person but DOES NOT know how to do professional nails. The person helping my mother also did not do a good job in cleaning. It is basically a day and 2 hours of my work time to pay to get my nails done I CANNOT IMAGINE someone paying for that service with minimum wage. I not only paid $75 and $80 I gave 15% tip as I respect their work, however, I expect more for my money's worth. Not coming back and strongly do not recommend.

My 72 year old mother with health issues had never had a pedicure before. The owner was great. Patient and kind,she kept letting her know she wasn't going to hurt her and it's ok to relax (it is very hard to get her relax.) she did a great job on taking care of my mother and her nails! Five star visit!

Just wanted to let everyone know about my great experience here. I went to get my nails done here for the first time today and I have to say it was a great experience and Sanger is definitely sleeping on a great nail salon. Aaron my nail tech was super helpful, answered all of my questions and gave me the exact nails I wanted after showing him a picture. Also I'd like to add that the salon was super clean and the rest of the staff was so nice! Here's a picture of my nails as well, definitely go check this place out!

I love this salon. Family run. I never wait more than 15 minutes. Peter does a great job!

Honestly This is the WORST salon i have ever been to..I came in and asked for a fill on my hands and a fill for my toes since i get acrylic on them. They call me to sit in the pedicure chair and peter proceeded to tell me i didn't need a fill on my toes. The owner vanessa came and told him yes i did. They literally started arguing whether i needed a fill or not...he proceeded to file my acrylic on my toes and add the gel polish on top, It wasn't even the same color i picked out. you can see the gap where he filed and just put gel polish on top. My toenails were so rushed, my pinky nail came off and ripped my nail with it! he seemed so annoyed to even be working on me. Vanessa started my nails before another lady that was already there before me, now they started bickering over why i was getting my nails done first! Vanessa was upset i had 4 colors picked out for the designs i wanted. she completely rushed my designs so they came out looking so wonky and patchy. in the middle of doing my nails she decided to kick her sandals off and work in her bare feet. I paid the same price as i when i got a whole new set and new set on my toes! $105!!! Please do not come here and waste your money.

The colors on the samples are not accurate, I am honestly very disappointed with this because what is the point of having a sample pallet if its inaccurate.People are kind, but this whole color thing threw me offPlus the guy cut my toenail weird. I grow out my nails specifically for this specific reason so I can get the shape I want.

I will definitely be coming back. Vanessa did an amazing job and it was also great having conversations with her .

Vanessa saved my wedding day nails! I went to another salon earlier in the day and they did the worst acrylic nails I have ever had in my life. I went to Vanessa right after and she soaked/removed the acrylics and redid them exactly how I wanted. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! Thank you again Vanessa for saving my nails!

Worst customer service ever. My nail shape is wonky my stickers had bubbles in them and she argued with me about it. Had them removed and she was trying to charge me extra to fix their mess up. Not to mention the pedicure wasn't even enjoyable they guys was lagit just grabbing me feet and tossing them around. I came expecting a nice time and left in the worse mood bc the way they dismiss the complaint customers have

SPARE YOUR FACE AND DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I went in for a wax, the owner Vanessa was the who one provided the service... she finished both brows in 2 mins and i left with two completely different eyebrows.. and they were left so thin! disgusting service, never going back!!!
