We were looking for a place to get links taken out of my husband's watch. The lady was able to help immediately and it took less than 10 mins. She was friendly and held a conversation while taking out the links. Will definitely come back in the future!

Had a couple pieces of jewelry that needed repair. Bill suggested an upgrade on my ring and to integrate my original diamond in a necklace that was a gift to my mom from my dad. He completed the work the next day and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. I love that now the necklace which was my dad's wedding ring also has my diamond blending everything together to form an extra special necklace. Would highly recommend this business they do great work and the staff is over the top friendly and helpful.

Bill Lerma is not simply a jeweler, he is an artist! I went to him with an idea for a birthday gift for my wife and his execution of my idea was better than I could have imagined. When I gave it to her, she was thrilled by the wonderful craftsmanship of her new bracelet. That is all due to Mr. Lerma's talent and vision. Bill and his staff are AMAZING! We came back 11 years later as he made my original wedding band for me. His work is INCREDIBLE! He was able to get the ring finished quicker than originally planned making for a wonderful surprise for my anniversary. Bill is very kind hearted, honest and caring. I wanted to memorialize meeting an exceptional person in my life by having a brief 4-line poem of mine engraved on the back of a pocket watch as a gift to him. I met with Bill at Creative Jewelry Works to see if the poem would fit and he said it would. He then engraved it in about an hour, and it was beyond my expectations! The customer service was first class! When I presented the engraved watch to the receiver he was amazed and truly touched by the gift.
