I can't say enough great things about Octavio, the business owner. First of all the floor coverings he sells in his store are all of high quality, if a brand gives him problems he takes it off his shelves. He also guarantees his flooring and installation and stands by his warranty. I had a horrible experience with a previous painting contractor posing as a flooring expert and got totally bamboozled. Octavio allowed me to tell him every step of the way what was going on during that contractor's installation process and informed me of what the worker was doing wrong and what he wasn't doing that he was supposed to do to prep the concrete and install the floor properly. I have learned so much about this industry from Octavio and will never make the same mistake again of hiring an independent contractor to do an expensive job. I am having my entire house redone by Creative Flooring this time because if you go with a company and their installers the work is guaranteed. Don't waste your time trying to get it done cheaply by an independent contractor, they will disappear when there are installation problems or blame you. You aren't protected if there are issues. I've had that experience with independent painters and flooring guys. Go with a company who stands by their product and installation! You may pay more initially for quality flooring and licensed installers, but you will save money in the long run by not having to keep paying people to come out to fix problems! I am so grateful I found Octavio, he is a life saver!

Experience with this company as we've had them put in new flooring in the entire downstairs twice. The first time during the pandemic and within a year noticed separation in the planks. Jeff came out and explained the product was defective and if we gave them some time they would make it right and they did! I can't say enough about the second crew that came in to take the old stuff and install the new Mohawk flooring. They were careful and professional. Yes it took a little longer and we were inconvenienced again living 2 weeks without floors but effort was to make it right and we appreciate that. It's been about a month and the new floors look great. I never had any experience with stealing as some reviews mention and again dealt with two different crews. We always want to support local. We're appreciative that the company didn't shy away from responsibility and made sure that customer service was paramount.

I hired them to do a carpet repair and they didn't do what was agreed upon and their worker Ray and his son stole my things while I left them in my home to do the repairs. Octavio eventually forced his employee Ray and his son to return my belongings but the carpet repair is awful! They do terrible work and steal! Learn from my mistake and hire ANYONE ELSE!!! #ripoff #thieves #unskilledlabor #howaretheyinbusiness

We had our entire floors done with LVT and right away the floors planks started curling up and breaking. We've tried getting in touch with owner and no response. We are seniors and are worried about tripping and falling. We are thinking about seeking further help in this issue. No recommendations for Creative Flooring.

We talked about an estimate, Jeff sent a quote right away after measuring our house .

Installers stole items from my home and denied it. They did a shit job patching the carpet as well. When confronted about stealing items screwed into the wall and shelf items, they argued profusely. After much arguing, they finally went to their vehicle and retrieved some of the stolen items and admitted to the theft. Their employer/owner tried to mediate but supported his installers, even after they admitted it and returned some of the items. The carpet patch did finally get repaired a second time much better, but I'm still out many items they stole from my family. DO NOT hire them and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE THEM UNSUPERVISED IN YOIR HOME or they will literally unscrew cabinetry from your walls and rob you blind.

The owner is unresponsive.They installed LVT flooring last summer. There is a one year warranty on labor. This winter, we called and asked them to fix these lvt boards that were separated (and probably had never been "locked" into place). The owner came by over a month ago and agreed to repair it. However, he has not returned recent calls and has not scheduled a time to repair it.This is in the kitchen near the refrigerator and stove. This area gets a lot of use. As you can see, dirt has started collecting in the groove. There should be no white padding visible when locked into place. Also, lvt is not waterproof underneath. So if liquid gets under, it would be very problematic.UPDATE: Soon after this review, the business made an appointment to do the repair and did come out to fix the boards.

Just had my entire home done -- luxury vinyl plank for most of the home (kitchen, living room, hallways) and new carpet for the bedrooms. Great pricing, very transparent about the process, explained the types of materials that would be used. Would highly recommend. Very responsive by email (even late at night) and would otherwise be available by phone. Team would always show up on time and was understanding of my night schedule.

Highly recommend Creative Flooring! From the beginning working with Jeff to working with the owner Octavio and the crew Chris, Kelly and John have all been absolutely amazing. All questions were answered right away. The quality of work was absolutely great! Customer service on point! If you have had your floors done you know that it's a huge ordeal and requires a lot of time and effort along with many inconveniences due to your house being in such a disarray. The crew made sure to work with us throughout the whole process to ensure the process went smoothly. They made every effort to ensure we were able to get back to our living space and use appliances necessary to get through the hectic week. We're a family of 5 and they put up with all of us! With that being said, we will be coming here for all our flooring needs! Our floors turned out great! Crew always showed up on time and worked with our schedule.

poor service not a "man of his word" had baseboards and new carpet put in the guy doing baseboards spills a red drink on new carpet and does say anything until we noticed before they were done the owner wanted to cut out section of new carpet and patch the spilled area" mind you new carpet" not even 2 hours old, makes appointments for install then call last minute 2 hours after the scheduled time "day of appointment" on why they cant do the work nickel and dime you for everything and keeps the extra material that "you" paid for and resells it on his next job. how is someone suppose to be biased on no customer satisfaction..
