First off I just want to say thank you to Sandra the owner for being patient and understanding with us. We had to postpone our wedding 3 times due to COVID and she was very accommodating. Every time we spoke with Sandra she was so happy and friendly. She was very good at communicating and keeping us in the loop. That kind of customer first approach is very rare. I highly recommend Covered With Elegance. Now about the wedding. Sandra met with us a couple of times and we told her what colors we wanted and she created a masterpiece! She has a huge variety of decor and comes up with beautiful ideas. Even though she had just decorated a wedding the night before she came into our venue at 4 am and finished decorating for ours. The colors, the centerpieces, the linens, the sweetheart table, it was all so beautiful! Everyone including the staff were just in awe at how gorgeous it looked. I had an image in my mind of what it would look like but Sandra out did herself times a million! Thank you Sandra for making our day so special and covered with elegance.

My husband and I got married last October and am barely getting around to this. Working with Sandra was the best decision my husband and I made. She absolutely made our wedding at The Grand 1401 our dream wedding. We told her our ideas and she just left us speechless and in complete awwwe on our big day!!!

Just had our wedding last month and it would have not been as amazing without Sandra! ***Products***You can instantly tell she has high quality product the second you walk into her showroom. We saw a couple other places and the chairs etc. were worn and borderline dirty. The options she had were almost endless, I thought she was just a linen company but she pretty much has anything and everything you need for your perfect wedding. ***Service***We honestly felt like we were family to her, not just a client. She's very busy but I felt she was available to us when we needed her. On our wedding day, she helped us set up even things that we didn't rent from her which was a huge help on a day that is already extremely chaotic. I'm so happy to have met Sandra and I would recommend her anyone in a heartbeat!

Sandra is passionate about her job, she goes above and beyond for her client's. She operates a darling shop in Clovis that provides a large array of decorating ideas. Her rental items are welled maintained. She takes pride in her work and is in high demand for her outstanding customer service. It is unfortunate that Bekki gave Sandra a poor review. Most decorators in Fresno are very busy and can't always respond to calls immediately. Keep in mind this business is not a 9-5 job. Vendors work unusual hours, they decorate anywhere from 10-12 hours a day and then go back to their shops to get ready for the next day. When they have time to return calls, it may not be during a professional hour. As a client you can't wait until the last minute to reach out to a vendor and expect to receive service in a day or two. I would highly recommend Sandra for your decorating needs. Please keep in mind all that is involved in the process, you decorate more than one venue a day, when the decorating is completed, you return to the shop to process paperwork, clean linens and maintain your rental items. As a small business owner, sometimes you don't have the luxury to hire staff! If you can afford to hire staff, they may not give the personalized service you wish to provide your clients. With our best intentions, we can't always make everyone happy!!!

Overpriced for the work that was going to have done at my wedding. I let her know I was pregnant in December and asked to postpone my date for a later time since my wedding was scheduled for March and she refused to do so due to her "not being able to sell another wedding by then", so she rather keep my $500 than gain those $5,000 at a later time. Then covid hit and my wedding wouldn't of happened regardless so I asked her if she can still hold my $500 deposit for a later time or refund since COVID hit and the wedding wouldn't of happened and she said no because I told her about postponing my date before COVID hit. Yet all my other vendors were very understanding and held our deposits for a later date which they found totally understandable as they're life events that happen unexpectedly!

If I could put zero I would. Very greedy because she didn't want to hold our deposit for a later time since my wife came out pregnant and then COVID came she said she wouldnt hold our deposit for another date since we told her about it before COVID. All other vendors were very understanding, professional, and helping out their clients. They saved our money for a later date since it was a unexpected life event. Wouldn't recommend this vendor and I most definitely wont be using her services again.

I am extremely disappointed. I am planning a wedding and my venue recommended Sandra. I emailed her, got no response, I texted her and she said she would get back to be in a few weeks, never did. Then I saw her at a bridal show, she said she would call me, never did. Finally, I texted her again asking if we could still set up an appointment. It's been a week and she still hasn't gotten back to me. Definitely going to try to find another decorator who actually wants my business!

This is long overdue now, about 6 months ago I got married to the other half of my soul, to the love of my life. Like in all weddings there's always a lot going on way before the big day, there's stress, emotions, dreams and visions. When we first started planning our wedding we really looked around for our vendors because to us having great service before, during and after our special event was the most important to us. When it came down to finding someone to decorate our venue just the way we envisioned, we looked around but no one was meeting our expectations until I remember that Sandra (Covered With Elegance) had decorated for our cousin's wedding and I remembered being amazed by the décor. We got a hold of Sandra and she immediately scheduled us for a consultation. I knew she was the one because she knew exactly what we wanted and she shared our visions just like they were hers. Every time we had questions, she would immediately get back to us and that's something we truly appreciated. She continuously showed how serious she took her clients. We got so comfortable with her that we trusted in her to make changes as needed and gave her total freedom to do whatever it had to be done to make our wedding one of the most beautiful moments of our lives. Its been now 6 months and my husband and I sometimes sit down and go through our pictures of that day. We can honestly say that we cannot find one thing that we would change to improve the décor. Everything was just as we envision, Sandra really came through with everything and more than we asked for. We really appreciate your professionalism and the fact that you show how much you care for our needs. We have already decided that when we renew our vowels you will be the one to decorate for another special moment in our lives. For you reading this review, I truly recommend her if you are looking for someone that will help you put your ideas together and make it the most beautiful memory ever. I wish I can say I met with Sandra but I didn't. We had scheduled an appointment to meet for the first time but she had to reschedule. Which I was fine with. But when I showed up to her place of business for our appt. (the now rescheduled one), she was a no show. And that I can't deal with. Especially since I'm also self employed and she was a reputable business owner. I called a couple of times and waited about 30 min. Then I thought I should give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she had an emergency. But it has now been a week and I still have yet to hear from her. Very unprofessional.

I had the honor of having Sandra to decorate at my wedding! She really knows what she's doing. God gave her the talent and an eye for decorating. She is professional, kind, and patient. She really worked with my budget and made my vision come to life. She was the one responsible for making my wedding day so beautiful! She went over and beyond the call of duty. To this day I still get compliments of how one has never seen a wedding so beautiful.
