When you're late in paying they'll chase you like you're a criminal
Dog poops everywhere and even tenants been complaining they don't care
So unfair!!
Don't rent here not worth it!!
The conversation with 'supposedly' emergency maintenance but turned out NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE & UNRESPONSIVE
But when it comes to their failure to perform their responsibility we just have to UNDERSTAND and swallow it
They'll send you letter in mailbox, put paper on your door & call you multiple times like you're a fugitive!
New Gazebo!!
They took down my review because they're afraid cause my review was true!! If there's nothing wrong then why the need to take it down???

It's been a month and so far we have really enjoyed living here. Denise and Brenda were extremely helpful and accommodating with our quick move in process. The apartment itself is very spacious with tons of storage plus a garage. My only complaint would be other tenants not cleaning up after themselves. The bbqs often have other peoples belongings just sitting overnight which makes it difficult to use the space, but management can only do so much! It'd also be a great idea if there were a couple areas with provided dog poop bags so people would have no excuse to not clean up after their animals.

Living at Coventry cove was nice, quiet and clean. When problems arose they were fixed promptly. Their maintenance guy is awesome. After 10 or more calls to request final fees for exiting the property at end of lease with no answers, we received an amount owed in the form of a collection notice. I gave my all to avoid this issue and Coventry cove management failed big time. If your concerned about building your credit to buy a home and need a place to rent till you obtain your goals then this rental property is NOT for you. I could never recommend this place to friends or family. We are extremely disappointed with the staff at Coventry cove. It's like getting kicked in the teeth for trying to be proactive to do the right thing.

So far this place is nice, clean and quiet. Other than some parking lot issues (not enough) it's a great place to live. Will be renewing our lease.

It seems you have the unrealistic good review, probably done by an employee and the hyper negative. Both seem over the top. Anyway, I've lived here and have yet to see any suspicious activity on the grounds concerning nefarious activity. Have a background in Law Enforcement, I can tell you for a fact that Clovis PD will not blow off a call for service. If necessary, they will climb a fence to answer a call for service. Now having said that, I will not be renewing my lease here. I live in a ground level unit. I can hear just about every activity taking place above me. Which is not to say they're rude folks, they're not. Very nice family with small kids who do what small kids do. The insulation between units is atrocious. But the worst thing here is the parking. There arw not enough spaces, but even that would be manageable if not for the utter and complete harassment by management. People will occasionally park in front of their garage when space is unavailable. But instead of looking for solutions, the management placea warning notices and will call Clovis PD out to cite their own tenants. It's happened a couple times. It doesn't bother management that people are forced to park 200 yards from their residence or park on the street. Even on the street its a pretty fair distance to your unit. I suspect that management is acting at the insistence of owners. The managers are nice folk but do what their bosses want done. Several of my neighbors have also said they are leaving because of the parking hassle. So I imagine there will be plenty of vacancy soon. My advice, KEEP LOOKING. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR KEPT SAFE AND DON'T WANT TO WALK A HALF MILE WHEN YOU COME HOME.

If you are looking for a quiet, professionally managed place to call home look no further, I absolutely LOVE my apartment home! It's big, it's beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, I couldn't be happier!! The staff here is AMAZING!! Brenda is great, really nice, and the manager Denise is incredible! SUPER nice and an ABSOLUTE professional. She showed me around and made me feel so welcome that I feel like I finally found a place I can call home. You couldn't ask for a better, more helpfull management team. I needed a few things done to make my life a little easier and Denise made sure everything was taken care of immediately so special thanks for that, and the Maintainance guys are really nice, know what they're doing, and are very professional as well. The grounds have beautiful mature trees and the amenities here are fantastic. Washer/ dryer INSIDE Sparkling pool, sauna, BBQ area, gym, charging stations, there is even an amazon hub! Lol I love it!! I read a couple of reviews before I wrote mine and I can't believe anyone griped about parking. These Apartment homes come with an attached garage if you live on the ground floor and a detached garage if you are upstairs. PARKING literally COMES WITH YOUR APARTMENT! LOL That being said, there is NOTHING like loving where you live and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT AT COVENTRY COVE!! Thanks again to Denise, Brenda, and The maintenance team for making Coventry Cove such a great place to live!

Do not move here I beg you! If you live here do not move to the 195 side. The 190 side is a little nicer but you will pay extra rent to live on the 190 side. There is never enough parking spaces even with having a garage. You will have to park outside of the apartment complex or you will get towed. They don't care if it's raining or your pregnant, they will tow you. The police are at the apartments often. Cars and garages do get broken into. There has been a serious trash problem for the last few years and it has never been fixed. There is so much dog crap on the grass, so do not let your kids play in the grass. Do not go to the manager with any problems, she will not help you unless it benefits the apartment complex itself, and even then fat chance of her helping you. If you have any issues with other residents, do not go to the manager without picture proof or nothing will happen, even if you for sure know what resident is causing issues. We have issues with a neighbor peeing in public next to their patio and nothing will happen unless we have picture proof of who it is. The Manager is never there unless it's to show apartments to possible tenants or to give the tenants notices for something. I have never met the new manager in person but have spoke with her on the phone and she is not nice. The manager is only nice when she is trying to get new tenants. I have seen the Manager talking rudely and disrespectfully to the maintenance guys and I feel bad that they have to answer to her. If you have to speak to anyone please speak to Brenda, she is very nice and pleasant to talk to, do not speak to Denise. If an appliance like your stove or dishwasher breaks, they will not replace it. They will get parts from other old appliances they have in storage and swap the parts to fix it. I received that information from my favorite maintenance guy who used to work here years ago. Expect to pay a lot for PGE due to lack of energy efficiency. We keep our small apartment at 82 during the summer and pay over $300 a month and that's with being on the care program. Also people are always working on electrical issues with the apartment next to us which is most likely caused by the electrical fire that took place there years ago. The rent here is so expensive and it will always go up the full 10% every year. Please just buy a small home because your mortgage will be cheaper than paying for these outdated apartments. Our lease is up in February and we are finally getting out of here. If it wasn't for the pandemic we would have been out years ago. These are supposed to be luxury apartments and they unfortunately are far from it. I used to love this place and it has just gone down hill within the last 4 years. I don't know how I lasted 7 years at this place.

I lived at Coventry Cove for about 2 years and the overall experience was poor! The apartments are beautiful and very spacious but the only problem I had was with management. The management is so unorganized and not very helpful with stuff. The maintenance man is amazing and very helpful with certain apartment problems. Very nice guy to talk with as well. The parking SUCKS and even when I parked in my garage my neighbors would park their cars in front of their garage (which almost blocks off mine) which is very unsafe and when I informed management all they did was have a tow truck come out for maybe a day or 2 and after that they kept parking either in front of their garage or in the fire lane. My roommates truck was STOLEN from the property and management did nothing about it. It was definitely a learning experience and I will not be making this mistake ever again!

There were some pros & cons to living here. The price of rent is decent. The neighbors respect your garage area. The pool area is nice. I loved the view from my apartment, but hated the smoke that came up through the vents and drains. Your lease will ask you not to smoke, but some tenants still do indoors. I have a history of asthma & didn't want to risk my health. Perhaps if I lived in a different unit, I would've enjoyed living there a little more. Some things you have to remind the office about if they are short staffed & the office hours will vary. Some of the dumpsters can be pretty messy from residents too. The amazon hub is convenient. I never found parking to be an issue.

We moved in here while awaiting for our house to be done. We only had a 9 month lease and couldn't wait for it to be up. The office is never consistent and you can hardly ever reach them on the phone. While the maintenance worker is fantastic, getting through to the office to get requests in is impossible, we always had to physically walk in. There is never any parking. You might pay for a gated community but if you get home after 6pm from work, you're parking on the street. They scam you at move out and over charge, I had our apartment cleaned by a cleaning lady our whole stay and upon moving yet they still charged a $260 cleaning fee at move out--said "the bath tubs were really bad" funny because we only ever used one. Some residents are filthy, they would just dump kitty litter on the ground, some being as lazy as to not even walk their trash into the trash area. Spend your money elsewhere.

I've lived in many luxury apartments, and this is by far the best! One of the most important things about a luxury apartment is the maintenance. Unlike other buildings that claim they have 24-hour emergency service but then don't pick up the phone, this building is exceptional. All non-emergency requests I've had in 2 yrs have been serviced no later than the next business day....but usually the same day. For emergencies, they have a 24-hour line (which they actually answer) and they've come out to my apartment at midnight to fix my air conditioning unit on an extremely hot night. In addition to coming to my apartment at midnight, Scott was so kind and took really great care of us.The Management team is very professional and friendly. Tamara has been a great Manager, is very easy to talk to, and is very attentive to the needs of her tenants. In another luxury apartment I lived in, I had one car stolen and another one broken into numerous times. In the 2 years here, both of my cars are still here and no break-ins or scuffs or anything. No building can guarantee a crime-free environment as that would be impossible, and I know that they run background checks on all prospective adult tenants so I know this building does care about keeping its tenants safe.In every building you'll have obnoxious tenants and kids, but for the most part I think the tenants here (including the kids) are very friendly. In addition to the great service, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the units are spacious and very luxurious. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick this building every time!
