Went in there to get a hose fixed. Guy took it in the back for just a few minutes fixed it immediately. These guys are awesome.

A throwback to simpler times when people valued your patronage, wanted to provide exemplary service and cared about meeting their customers' needs. I brought my Bissell vacuum cleaner - plus the filter and filtering tray that were detached and I figured needed to be replaced after years of use - into the store and asked if they could show me if I have all the parts I needed to resecure them back on the filtering system. Additionally, I asked if the replacement parts I ordered directly from the vendor were incorrect (they were). They told me I did not need to replace anything but just needed to clean the sponge that filters in all the dust and debris with warm water and everything will be as good as new. They also told me that the parts the vendor sent me were not the right ones for my old vacuum cleaner and I should therefore return them.Before they handed my vacuum cleaner back to me, they made sure to do a thorough courtesy check of the parts. I also noticed the filter and filtering tray were securely refastened at no charge. I laughed at the owner Paul's dry sense of humor, "that will be a $100 please."The guys will be more than happy to take to time to inspect your machine and engage you in a good conversation. They never seem to be in a hurry, are super friendly and love what they do. Most of their competitors make it very inconvenient and impersonal. Whether you utilize Yelp or go directly to their website (if they have one), it always starts with filling out your information so they can send you a quote. This process bypasses the need to address questions, general or more specific. But often, this is all you really need. Usually, it does not even provide the option to speak to a live person or get a courtesy follow-up call.Cost Less Vacs specializes in Dyson, Kirby, Oreck and Cirrus professional grade cleaners, services most steam and carpet cleaners, and sells new and reconditioned cleaners at a fair price. Plus, they have bags and filters for all the cleaners they carry and cleaning solutions as well. Their kindness and honesty, in addition to expert knowledge, has earned them another loyal customer if I have problems with my vacuum cleaner or perhaps need to replace it.

This place is fabulous! Nice owners and very honest. They also sell Ring a Way toilet cleaner. When Clovis Janitorial shut down I was disappointed I hadn't stocked up but now I can get it here at Cost Less Vacs.

I took my vacuum in stating that the suction when the brush roller is off is not optimal. They took a look at it, gave me a new filter for free, and stated that should help and that there is nothing wrong with my vacuum cleaner. I really appreciated the free filter, and I also liked the fact that they were honest with me and didn't just try to charge me the repair cost of $85 when they saw nothing wrong with it.

Great service. They had the filters I Needed. Online vacuum parts was twice the price and 3 weeks to get filters. I know someone else that got their vacuum repaired here. The vacuum now works like new she says.Easy parking in front of store on Clovis ave

I brought my old vacuum in for repair. I've taken it other places but the repair guy not only fixed my problem but fixed another issue with my vacuum that no other shop had addressed. Very good service. They sell nice vacuums as well but didn't pressure me to buy something newer. Highly recommend.
