Outdoor Shaded Seating...Very Clean
In the middle of the orchard. What a setting.
Being Portuguese loved the linguisa and the pork sandwinch
a grassy area with picnic tables and benches
Almost a dessert-ish liqueur with hints of oak. Not quite a bourbon, however. Def. too sweet for that.

WOW. We moved to the area (Merced) about one year ago. We retired here from the San Jose Area. We came to Corbin Cash to try the food truck Smokin Portagee.. We were very impressed by the grounds. Clean, Shaded and peaceful. Service inside the store was awesome. Food from the truck was excellent. We will definitely be back to enjoy a tasting and Music. Finally a place where we can enjoy music, food and spirits with friendly people..Can't wait till we return..The Valleys Jewel is Corbin Cash!!

EDIT: "I would just like to preface that the drink was DELICIOUS, and staff was very nice!! Just wish there was actual alcohol in it, and prices listed on menu so we wouldn't be so surprised." WOW. Extremely over priced and I'm pretty sure there was 1 shot of alcohol in the whole pitcher. But wow....$40 a pitcher??? That's insane. We got two (unaware of the price) pitchers and did not feel an ounce tipsy. And I am a light weight so that is saying something. I am all for supporting local but this was extremely disappointing when I got the bill. Was not expecting that price for what we received. Love the atmosphere but cannot pay those pricesAlso the bathrooms were covered in cob webs and saw multiple black widows.

Sadly we just went by to try this place on our way through to Fresno and there was no one there. Can't find anything that says they were going to be closed today. Wish they had posted it somewhere so we wouldn't have gone out of our way. Maybe we will catch them next time and I can update the review.

I have a hard time recommending a business that charges over $20 more than retail prices for their own product. I don't get it. The rye whiskey is $38 at most retail stores, yet it's nearly $60 at the distillery. I should've checked my receipt before I left. That was my fault for sure. I'm not sure craft cocktails are worth $20 a piece either. Just my opinion. The only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because they have a beautiful property, they're Harvest Host affiliates and they are Raiders fans.

They were so awesome. Wesley took care of our party of 20. He did a stellar job! Took care of us the whole night. Beautiful open space to practice social distance during this pandemic. Literally in the middle of a farm area, and vastly all country. Very nice venue. All mixed drinks were very good. They offer some beer, and basic red or white wine in can. We had their palomas, and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent and stellar. Great job! And thanks for being open during these trying times.

We found this place on yelp and stopped by on our way to Yosemite. When we arrived we noticed it was closed due to a recent change in hours. The owner saw our car and welcomed us in for a tasting. My husband and I did the spirits tasting ($25) which included 5 spirits, vodka, gin, bourbon, rye whiskey, and a sweet potato liquor. I am not a gin person and yet I was taken by surprise at how much I enjoyed it on its own. I also really liked the sweet potato liquor, its like a cocktail in a bottle, perfect with just a couple ice cubes.

This is the first time I've been here. My Aunt and I came up from Clovis, CA. We came just to see Midnight Run, The Sounds Of Journey play. One look at this place and you know its something special. The staff is incredible and super welcoming. The property is beautiful! The environment is very relaxed. When it comes to their drinks, let's just say, I'm bringing some home. First time I've ever had a vodka made from sweet potatoes! LOVE! What an awesome experience!

This distillery has some high quality handcrafted Farm to Bottle Spirits. This family farm has been here since 1917, farming sweet potatoes and rye. Added a distillery 10 years ago and they are doing a fantastic job. If you are in the area you have to check them out. Definitely worth the stop. Blended Whiskey, Rye Whiskey, Sweet Potato Liqueur, Western Dry Gin, and Sweet Potato Vodka, oh and their vintage 1917 Merced Rye Whiskey aged for 1917 days in an Oak Barrel 120 proof, whew, powerful stuff that one. They offer farm and distillery tours and the owner and staff are friendly, and very hospitable. The farm and grounds are beautiful and well kept. You will not be disappointed.

Love this new venue in our little community. It is a lovely outside space. However; bar improvements please! Better trained staff who move! Drinks are way too expensive (not San Francisco). Additional trained bar staff and/or second bar at night. (Why not use the space across from the bar, as a bar also at night? Make it a cash only bar) Or an additional outside bar that takes cash only. More seating for music events. Bugs at night! ugh..... Consider a folding wood floor instead of concrete dancing area.
