If I could give this place 10 stars I would! On our way to sac and stopped here in Madera. Best choice! Burritos were SO FRESH and so good!! Fresh handmade tortillas and frank the owner was such a lovely and inviting person and chef! Will be returning in my back and forth trips to sac :)

This is a great little place in Madera for Mexican and Asian fusion. Came by here because I was craving some Mexican flavor, but also sushi and gave it a try. I had a Franks roll and a shrimp cocktail. It was very good and the service was excellent!

We ate there for the 1st time Sept. 20, 2024, and let me tell you, it will not be our last time. The food was absolutely terrific! The staff was so welcoming. We had the sizzling Fajita and the incredibly delicious Molcajete! The sauce is so delicious. The homemade corn tortillas are so good. Its family owned and it shows. We felt like we were visiting family. Great hospitality. A delightful outside area is where we sat, Indoor dining is also an option. Reasonable prices too. If I could give our new favorite Madera restaurant, Compa Franks 10 stars, I would. Go dine and enjoy. Thank you, Z!

I've always ordered DoorDash for Compa franks so I decided to sit down and eat & the food came out quick and the food is always soooo delicious .The only thing that wasn't so great was customer service the lady took our order but never checked in on us or nothing after she served our food so eh I feel like they can hired better staff other than that I'll return

We read the yelp reviews and decided to try it for a late lunch on Saturday. It was a great decision. From the moment we arrived we were treaded wonderfully. The cook (maybe owner) talked to us about our selection and it was spot on. Great steak burritos covered in the best chili verde sauce. The red salsa for the chips was wonderful too. We left feeling like we made. New friends.

This place was recommended to me for the best ceviche in Madera and it was very good. The service was excellent, I would definitely come back. With the tostada and chips this dish could've been shared but I decided to eat it all since I hadn't had ceviche in a while.

Everything was very good and we're from Fresno with some really good Mexican food places. My son ordered asada tacos. I ordered a campechano taco and a molcajetes. The tacos were great with homemade corn tortillas. The campechano taco was really good with a little crunch mixed in. It was like asada with bits of fried pork rinds. We both ended up eating the molcajetes, it was so good. The sauce had really good flavors and great texture. We had the steak, chicken, shrimp one. Had big pieces of queso fresco and whole beans inside a never ending stone bowl. And the service was excellent (which is nice these days). The girls up front were very nice and helpful. The owner came out twice to check on our table. He was a very nice man- friendly and grateful for us enjoying their food. Definitely glad we found this gem in Madera.

This small joint nestled in madera has to be the best mexican restaurant in this town. Compa Franks is by far the most authentic I've come across. In addition to the amazing Mexican cuisine they also serve Mariscos and Mexican sushi. Our first dining experience was amazing we ordered all the Fan Faves ,surf and turf style Fajitas , Auga chilies and a deep fried sushi roll. All of these dishes were cooked and prepared to perfection.The Staff was so friendly and the owner visited our table to make sure everything was to our liking including the tables around us. This type of dedication and Love for Cooking is very much appreciated. Thank you again Compa Franks for filling our belly's With the best comfort food Madera has to offer.
