Coco Nail Spa

I have tried this nail salon a handful of times and after this last time I won't be back. I am used to gel manicures cracking/breaking shortly after they're done here or them cutting my nails too far back, or nicking my skin with the drill...this last time I decided to try a dip manicure as the techs told me "it's stronger, it won't break, it makes your nail thick." Well, lo and behold not even 10 minutes after leaving this salon my new dip manicure started to peel (pictured below). I have had dip manicures done at other salons and they last me for 3 weeks easy. The only reason I continued to try Coco Nails for so long is because of how close it is to my house, however, I am just going to make the drive elsewhere. Also of note, they do not let you tip through card anymore (only cash). They have an ATM on sight to withdraw bills but the service fees are ridiculous. Continually disappointed.

Great nail salon! Fixed my daughter's nails just in time for the prom. Excellent customer service and nails turned out great! Clean and nice location.

I've gone here off/on for a few years now and so glad I came back to them. My dip nails are just beautiful and not too thick. They have all new pedicure chairs and tables for getting your nails done. Great ambiance and the owner is very sweet. I have had quite a few compliments on my nails since getting them done. I will be going back again as I was very happy with my visit last week and taking my daughter here for a mother/daughter date.

Nancy is an amazing nail tech and owner of the salon. Her customer service is always amazing. She has an amazing personality and always positive. I had a neon blue dip powder done. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you!-Rebecca

It took me a few days to fully process my experience. I was a walk in and chose the $68 pedicure experience. The first chair they sat me didn't have hot water. So they moved me. The water temperature was fine. There were several things I realized in hindsight, one was they didn't add any cleanser to the water. Next I had to ask him to not only trim my nails but also confirm my little toe nail also needed trimmed. At no time were my cuticles pushed back. One of the worst part was the 'massage'. A woman kept coming over and adding lotions. This happened at least SIX times. Leaving the guy to frantically massage it into my legs. (This is the gross part I realized too late), this woman presented a tube of some lotion, it was cut in half. He dug his bare fingers in it to spread on me. As once again this woman came up and squirted an oil on me. By this time I just wanted out! I felt the $68 was a ransom to escape this hell. If I knew how to report them to some health department I would. He kept wiping his hands on a towel and replacing it a drawer next to him.

I took my daughter, who is 8 years old, here this past weekend to get mani & pedi's for both of us. They charged me for an adult mani/pedi for my daughter who has the smallest nails & on top of that for regular polish! such a rip off! Plus, the lady who did a horrible mani for me, didn't even clip my cuticles & instead painted over them. Plus, did a lazy job with the arm massage and left lotion on my arm without rubbing it in, then proceeded to pull my sleeve down with the lotion not rubbed in. So uncomfortable and such sloppy work! $130 later and we will NEVER return here and advise you to take your daughter to another salon that charges the correct amount for a kids mani/pedi! Such a scam!

Wasn't the worst gel mani I've had but not the best. It was definitely over priced $33 for a gel mani. The wait wasn't too bad we had made an appointment over the phone and only waited a few minutes. The gal who did my nails made very little conversation not a big deal but she was very fast and not very gentle or thorough. End result was fine, but I won't be back. Seemed like their specialty was pedis. All the chairs were full.

Wanted nails that would look still look good grown out a bit. I ended up with this beautiful set! Thank you Nancy!!

My friend and I went here to get our nails done today. My friend did a full set by Ann and I did a dip set by the owner. The staff here are extremely nice and welcoming. They kept asking if I was comfortable when they started to file my nails. I love the shaping of my nails!! They did a good job filing them. It came out really thin which was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely come here more often as this just became my fav nail
