BI haven't been here in a minute but the same girls are here. I remember when they first opened. March 2024 will be in business 20 years. That is saying something. They got great new chairs and updated the salon just last week. Great update. I had been going to a place near my work for convenience. I received a gift certificate which brought me back. MIA(MY) and owner Linda did a great job. My nails haven't looked this good in a long time. Thanks to my SIL Linda for the certificate. I will be returning.

My experience started off pretty well, they sat my daughter and I right away and started our pedicures. The chairs are newer and they used a disposable liner inside the foot bath which felt sterile. I thought the woman who did my toes was meticulous and the end result is pretty. The foot massage was excellent. But as soon as it was done, the woman left and went to another waiting customer already in a pedicure chair. I had asked for a manicure also, but she obviously didn't remember and didn't ask me a single question before disappearing. I thought MAYBE someone else was coming to do it? Since they do not provide you a service ticket, I felt like I wasn't done and I would eventually get the manicure? Earlier while I was getting the foot and leg scrub and massage, I noticed that my daughter hadn't had one yet. I asked my technician to ensure my daughter would get a scrub and massage also. My technician spoke to her technician in another language and they assured me she would get one AFTER her hands. Well, after her manicure, the technician still didn't massage her! (The brochure does state that all mani's and pedi's include a massage.)Instead, the technician just put my daughters shoes and belongings in her lap as if to say, "all done." And left quickly. Again no service ticket. I was left without knowing what price to pay and looking around for someone to ask. While I was getting the pedicure earlier, I noticed papers on the wall that said Cash Only. Once someone told me the price, and despite the brochure stating they take Visa and Mastercard - they don't.As we were walking out, a little shocked and confused, my daughter looked at her nails and they had already chipped.

Great service... Linda does a great job! I can always get in pretty fast...I do call ahead... been going there for years! Not a luxury spa... but a get in get out ... good job! Cash only!

I have been coming here since I was in high school! Mai is AMAZING and has always done my pedicures! Linda has done my nails and is amazing at the small details! They do take appointments and are always open for walk ins! If they are full at the time they offer you at time slot for later that day normally. They use individual liners for the foot baths so you're never touching the actual lining so great sanitation! I recommend the sea salt!! The smells are PHENOMENAL! Tangerine or lemon are my 2 favorites. If you're looking for a new pedi place, give this one a shot!

I decided to give this place a try. I should have left running when I seen that it wasn't very clean inside. But I was in desperate need of a eye brow waxing before my trip and they were able to get me in right away with no wait time. I just needed a clean up of my brows nothing fancy. But the amount of plucking and waxing was more than usual. I was scared for reason she totally ruined my brows they are different sizes and shapes like crazy noticeable. When I said I was disappointed that she waxed so much off she got very upset and was speaking badly of me to other workers. Please don't make my mistake.Find another place!

I came here for a quick polish change and since it was 5 minutes from where I'm staying it was an easy decision. I Knew going in that they only had two stars but I didn't need much done. When I walked in, the staff were super friendly and sat me within minutes of being there. The inside of this place didn't look clean so I decided not to do my brows there. The lady who painted my nails was very quick and the job was poorly done. It could be because they poured a ton of paint thinner in the polish to create more product instead of just buying new polish. But I honestly just needed a quick paint job on these nails for my sensational Saturday so, Overall... my needs were met, but I wouldn't trust this place to do any waxing of any body part or pedicure because the tools they use didn''t look sterilized. (I didn't see a sterilizer there, doesn't mean there wasn't one) but I gave one star for location and one for friendly staff. Other than that, I would recommend going to a different salon.

I had a very bad experience with one lady !! She did a pedicure that it was not good at all !! She pretended to use the tools and didn't do anything this lady doesn't know how to do a pedicure !! She was done in 10 mnts and then she was massaging for another 10 !! It was a joke!! A kid can do better job then her and she charged me $41

I ask for brown and they gave me pink I ask a question they said shut the fuck up this is horrible we need to shut it down and they called me a bitch and a Niger

This price for a mani pedi is amazing but my nails chipped so quickly:( need a newer set of regular polish I paid 45 for both together

Kathy has been my nail tech both times I have been in and I have to say she is amazing. She takes her time with your nails ensure they are even and sculpted the way you want them to be. I have every intention of continuing to come here specifically to see her. Prices aren't outrageous, they are extremely reasonable. Thank you Kathy!
