My favorite watch's battery gave-up on me and while searching for a "Watch Repair Shop", I ran into this awesome shop to save my day! I was treated like a valued long-time customer and quickly and efficiently had my watch fixed. Thank you!

Beautiful shop. I'm in the business of buying, selling and hopefully making a profit. I went to the shop to show the owners a meteorite that I had found. It passed all the tests that I could do on my own. Upon arriving the owner was helping a customer. He asked me what I had. I told him a meteorite, I can come back. He said, come back on Thursday and I'll have an answer for you. It was two days later and we were on a first name basis so in an effort to help him to focus on his other customer I said OK I'll be back. He put the meteorite in the back room. I returned as planned and his wife said he was out of town. OK, I'll try back. The next day he still was out of town. I started to be a little concerned.Then on the third day he returned my call to him , he was dryiving back from down south. He stated there was only 1 test remaining for the meteorite and that was to cut it. Yes, I agreed. I told him I wanted to be there when it was cut. He became short with me and I could here a different tone he was taking with me. Now I was really concerned because there would be only one reason for him to get angry all of s sudden...He already cut it without my permission. I went in to see him the next day and he went in the back and low and behold the meteorite was missing. Hep]] acted like, oh well things happen and then stated that "that's why you should always get paperwork for your item!" I said "your the owner you should have done your duty and made sure I had paperwork. It was his dereliction of duty as the professional that gave himself the opportunity to steal my meteorite and I had no leg to stand on. I gave him a few days to find it to no avail. He had his wife offer me a piece of lava rock in exchange. I refused and left it on the counter. Sad but true, I feel I lost a lot that day. If anyone in the legal profession can help me send me a note. These space rocks can sell for thousands per Gramm on a good day. It's proposterous to think this man could find me at fault. On anouther occasion i has taken in some decantors and right away she purchased them from me stating it was for her sons birthday. On my next visit she told me she wanted her money back for the decantors. I'm so sorry mam but "all sales are final. The owners are such a sweetheart people. Very welcoming and nice. I bought an amazing ring for very affordable price compared to outside market. I highly recommend for your future buy and sell gold or silver.

Sweetest couple ever. My husband came across them and they've made all my jewelry. They're so quick and you absolutely cannot beat their prices. They always show us different options of diamonds and ways to create what I want. Coming in their store is like coming to see family and we've always been treated as if we were just that. I will never go anywhere else and I hope more people can get this great experience like we have gotten. We love you two!

Stopped in because I needed a new wristwatch band for my watch and was greeted immediately and taken care of promptly. Their selection was impressive and the couple that owns the store is great at what they do! They had my watch all fixed up in just 10 minutes, and their prices are very affordable. Highly recommended for jewelry repair! One note - remember to bring cash to pay, as it is preferred here.

Before walking in, I already had heard great reviews from my relatives and friends of this place and decided it was time to finally see what the deal was about. The whole process from selling/exchanging was very very smooth and easy. Exemplary customer service, and very fast work completed within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend!

I found Clovis Gold and Silver when my regular watch battery proprietor was closed on the weekend. Greg had the battery for the vintage watch I was trying to repair, and as he fixed it I admired the absolutely lovely jewelry he and Sonia have for sale in their shop. I have been wanting to find a trustworthy jeweler for years to fix my wedding ring, so this past week Greg replaced the head/prongs of my ring which was dangerously close to letting my center diamond disappear forever. Not only did he fix it, he upgraded the setting and my ring is even more beautiful than before. I highly recommend Clovis Gold and Silver!!!

Sweetest couple, highly trustworthy and years of experience. Paid way more for my gold then the other place on Blackstone - got to work directly with the owners instead of a high school girl working behind a gate. The ONLY place I go. They also have a great selection of jewelry and can make anything. Hard to find a place like this.

This place is a nightmare. Don't trust them. A bracket broke off my simple ring. They said it would be a quick fix and didn't call us for weeks and when we called they said the jeweler wasn't in to fix it due to medical issues. When I finally went in they used a silver bracket on my rose gold ring! Are you kidding me! It was terrible looking! I told her and she said "yeah I don't like it either". I left it there for them to fix their mistake and will post again when they do. They said they needed my permission to buy a rose gold bracket! When they should have done that in the first place instead of trying to trick me!

Came in here to try to get my ring appraised because of the reviews here. Went in and was told I also needed the receipt for my ring on top of the certification. Went back for the second time on Saturday to take in all of my documents and was told I would hear back Wednesday. Never heard back. I didn't bother to call back if it they didn't need my service.
