Cline's Business Equipment

I have done business with Clines for over a year. In 25 years of business myself, I have know many business equipment providers. However I would say Clines business practices have stood out among them as the leader of his industry. He is part of our organization "Executives Association of Tulare County" in which I monitor satisfaction from our members using each other's services to know we are accomplishing what we set out to do, providing the absolute best. JD does that well! Our members have had no hesitation in calling "JD" first when needing business equipment or repairs. I have received great feedback from our members as well as myself with the copier I received from them, tech's available when I call. Nathan Came to fix the printer he was awesome! Very down to earth and friendly do recommend for any service that you made need. He was quick and fast and got the job done very good. Printer works like new again. sincerely the guy who sneezed alot thanks again Clines for a great job and great experience!

Cline's is great! I needed two new color printers and they were able to accomodate me within a couple of days of my request. The guys that came to deliver the units were able to shift gears when we realized that the one with two trays would not fit under the cabinet. It has a bypass tray and we will just have to adapt. Having printers that are managed by Cline's is so helpful and the cost effectiveness is worth it all. Thank you for all you do!!

Kelcie is simply the best. I love when I call and I hear her cheerful voice on the line. Not only does she remember me by my voice but she pretty much knows what we need right away. Everyone is very nice, but I have to say I am a little sad when someone else answers the phone. Kelcie you are the definition of customer service!! Keep up the great work.

Let's just say Cline's Business Equipment is an amazing business. Everyone that works there is wonderful. I work at Ed Dena's Auto Center and Once a month Kelcie calls me to get the meter count and she just an amazing person. I can tell by the tone of her voice she is one happy person. She is never rude and very helpful. If anyone is in need of a Printer company this is the company to go with.

I've had copiers from Cline's for over 25 years across several different businesses. When I got to my current shop, I was relieved to hear they were Cline's customers already. We now have MANY large and small color MFP's at several locations, and a couple of legacy B&W copiers that JD and Peter and team keep alive until we're ready to replace them. I've even replaced workgroup printers with managed printers, it makes things easier and less expensive. It's funny when I get a cold call from some random copier company, I just tell them up front we're clients of Cline's, and the conversation politely ends.

We recently re furnished our office and needed to move our printer. After moving the printer/copier, it decided to quit working. I called Clines and they said a tech would be calling me. Fast forward 10 min and Peter from Clines comes through our door. Next thing I know he fixed the problem and then he checked all our computers to make sure everything was up to date for the printer. Amazing experience!!!
