This is the most silly thing I have done to myself. My eyebrows looked weird as they were scabbing, flaking, and falling off. But on a positive note, they were finally falling off. My brows were really dry and they felt itchy. They kind of burned a little. A month after the initial application I went back for a touch-up. I wanted to cancel because I wasn't happy with the microblading the first time but the gal talked me into coming back in. The touch-up didn't look much better. There wasn't any scabbing this time so I'm thinking maybe that's why you can't see it. This was pretty pricey for something that looks unnatural.

I had my eyebrows done a while ago but you wouldn't be able to tell that I had them done at all because they faded completely. Because of this unfortunate outcome, I would choose a different technician.

For the past year or so, I began to notice that my eyebrows were getting sparse. They had gotten so bad that I had empty patches on my eyebrows. This made it difficult for me to fill them in. I don't know how to do the hairlike strokes because I'm too impatient to learn. I only know how to fill in the sparse spaces but filling them in doesn't give you that natural look. This lead me to a, as of lately, popular option of microblading. What my desired look, looked like, was something natural looking, full, and symmetrical. It was in my gut that I would fulfill my desires with microblading. I booked my appointment and on my appointment day, I had a ton of questions about the procedure and the aftercare. I believe that most of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was a teensy bit nervous about the tattooing process but I had overcomed my fear. Honestly, it was only a little uncomfortable. It felt like tiny scratches too my skin. The entire appointment lasted a few hours. I didn't bleed much and the swelling was minimal. I was compliant with the aftercare and I showed up for my second appointment that we scheduled for my touch up. The look that I was hoping for wasn't there. My arch was a little too high for my liking but the microblading faded quickly and so the arch wasn't as noticeable anymore.

I made an appointment online and it was easy to make. There is a $50 booking fee which I didn't mind. However, I couldn't get an appointment right away. The appointment had to be made months ahead. The office was a little hard to find. It's kind of tucked in and in the back. It's a small little room but it's clean. Cindy welcomed me and told me to sit down. She was very professional and nice. She brought out some paperwork explained in detail what every document was for. I signed and paid for the procedure. It was a little expensive but I figured it was going to be well worth it. After all the paperwork was done I gave Cindy all my wishes and wants. She assured me that she would be able to do it. She brought out a string and eyebrow pencil and drew in the areas where she would be applying the microblading. I was a little worried because it took her an hour and a half to create eyebrows that looked like they were even. After so many attempts I told her to go ahead and start the procedure because it was close enough to being equal and I was getting anxious from waiting for so long. Numbing cream was applied to my eyebrows and the process began. I really couldn't feel anything. There was no pain at all. In fact the procedure was very quick. 20 minutes later the procedure was complete. I was so fast. I was told very thoroughly the aftercare instructions and a few minutes later I was off and on my way home. The results of the microblading on my eyebrows were unknown at the time because it wouldn't be until after a follow up touch up appointment and healing that I would see the final results. The conclusion was not what I had hoped for. I wasn't happy with the results because I couldn't see the microblading done to my eyebrows. There wasn't a change in the way they had looked. I wanted me eyebrows to have a fuller look but that wasn't achieved.

The office was a little hidden but once you find it, it's easy to remember the location. Her office is personal & clean! Which is a must when you're there for a few hours because you want to be comfortable & the last things on your mind are germs/bacteria. I love how she carefully takes her time & assure her clients the brow job before she starts microblading. She has steady & light hands so you don't even feel the pressure. & of course she used a numbing cream and I didn't feel anything until she was almost finished. If getting a tatoo is like this, I might reconsider. *update: I love how my eyebrows look natural. Touch up was quick & easy process. Didn't feel any pain after the numbing. Will definitely go back for touch up in the future.

I gotta give all stars all the way across she is so professional in every way! I did lots of research and I'm so glad I came across her she's well worth the price! The 1st day I was a little worried I was puffy and eye brows were very dark but the next day you can see how they looked very natural I love them to the fullest! Thank you cindy!!!!!

Cindy is passionate about her work. I had my first microblading with her 6 months ago, and just recently had my touch up along with shading. With each appointment, she made sure I was completely satisfied with my eyebrows. My beautiful brows which looks so natural was microbladed with meticulous care. After a lot of research, I chose Cindy as my microblading technician because I loved her style. The process of booking my appointment was really easy. She is very sweet and explains everything thoroughly. She answered my questions in great detail and provided a great after care package both for my initial appointment and touch-up. I'm all healed up and I absolutely love my brows and I'm planning on having my eyeliner done. I highly recommend Cindy Moua for microblading and permanent makeup!

I was so nervous about microblading. I had been researching for nearly a year and I came across work that mediocre or decent but never great. I was thinking of going down to San Diego or LA so that I can get amazing brows. Never would I think someone in Fresno could do such an AMAZING job! I couldn't be more happy with my eyebrows. My sisters have made an appointment right after they saw mine. Cindy is such a professional and knows exactly what she's doing. The facility is so clean and sterile. It was such an awesome experience. I only wish that I did this sooner. Thank you Cindy!
