Best tacos I've ever had in Fresno! Their shrimp taco is AMAZING and their el pastor is *chef's kiss* Just make sure you request pineapples. The only downside is knowing exactly when they're open....lol

Let me acknowledge the owners/worker first..Very nice and accommodating.. There's not much to dislike here.. but since I have eaten a lot of tacos/burritos in my life, nothing stands out much.. although the salsa selection and flavor is plentiful, this taco truck has yet to wow me.. Perhaps it could be an off day while I was visiting.. all said, I will give it another shot down the road.. I also want to mention that my daughter like the mini torta which was given as a sample to us and this kid is picky with her food..

these are hands down the BEST tacos in Fresno! the tacos were sooooo good with so many condiments. my palate has never felt sooo cared for. definitely coming back!!!

This is one of the best taco trucks in Fresno! If you are looking for really authentic tacos that taste amazing with tons of topping choices for not much money, this is your taco truck! Here's why I love it:1) The tortillas and meats: sooo good! Like at many other trucks, the tacos here are served with just the tortilla and meat so that you can customize them how you like them (see below). The tortillas are really good: they taste freshly made (not sure if they are actually making them in the truck, but they are super fresh none-the-less). The meats are good too: we tried four different meats, and all are yummy. I particularly recommend the al pastor, which is, in fact, cooked on a spit with fresh pineapple (the *only* way to cook al pastor!). Sooo good!2) The toppings: there are a TON of different options, including both grilled and raw onions (go for the grilled!), beans, jalapenos, cabbage, cilantro, and five different types of salsa (the green is the best!). Also, if you do get al pastor, be sure to ask for fresh pineapple on top!3) The price: soooo cheap! Most tacos are less than $2 each, so go ahead, eat as many as you want! Other menu options are really cheap too.4) The staff: super friendly and fast! Why aren't you eating here yet?!?!

Really one of the best taco trucks in Fresno. The burritos and tacos are excellent, the meat tastes good. Can add whatever you want to the food with their toppings table. The quesabirra with the consome wow excellent flavor. The double cheese asada fries wow awesome. For the burritos after adding toppings, they will close the burrito up for you. Even though I've added a ton of stuff they've been able to still wrap it up.

I have eaten here several times. I have not been disappointed. I must say that their tacos of carnitas are wonderful. I also have had tacos of shrimp and pork cheek, which were stupendous. They have a salsa bar with at least three salsas, from deliciously mild to an eye-, mouth-, and nose-watering habenero salsa that should have a use at your own risk sign affixed. This bar also has guacamole sauce, hot pickled onions, radish and cucumber slices, pick de gallo, fresh beans, and much, much more. Overall, I must say their food is a hearty, well deserved five stars.

Book Chuy's tacos for your event and you will not be disappointed. I hired Chuy's tacos for my daughter's sweet sixteen party. The owner made appointments with me prior to the event to see the set up area. He was accommodating to my food requests, and he delivered everything I asked for. His staff was professional and accommodating as well during the event. No problems, no drama, great food and everyone at the event said "delicious and amazing food." There service and food was worth every Penny and more. I had to tip them for a job well done. Last thing to say was their fish tacos were the best!!!! What a surprise we had with that option to get fish tacos. So yummy!! I will book Chuy's tacos again. Retired military veteran approved!!!
